There are 11 ethnic minorities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The diversified ethnic groups give birth to the multi culture.Children in Guangxi live in the national cultural atmosphere from generation to generation and are influenced by the national culture.Their survival and development are closely related to the national culture.As the core and focus of early childhood education,kindergarten curriculum undertakes multiple responsibilities such as promoting the inheritance of minority culture and adapting to the cultural needs of children’s development.Integrating Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum has rich value for children,teachers,curriculum and society.However,the existing path of integrating Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum is not clear and has not been fully integrated There are many practical problems in the process.In order to change this situation,inherit the excellent minority culture and promote children’s all-round development,we need to try to explore the effective path of integrating Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and observation to investigate the current situation of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum,analyzes the practical problems and constraints of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum,and finally tries to explore the effective path of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum.This study takes four public kindergartens in Nanning as the research object.Through the investigation,it is found that Nanning kindergartens have gained some experience in integrating Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum,but they are still in the stage of continuous attempt and improvement,and there are some problems,such as low cognition of Guangxi minority culture and lack of teachers There are some problems,such as the lack of professional knowledge and ability,the insufficient excavation of Guangxi minority culture resources,the low degree of minority culture integration into kindergarten environment creation,the imperfect system of Guangxi minority culture integration into kindergarten curriculum,and the insufficient support and guarantee of Guangxi minority culture integration into kindergarten curriculum.On the basis of this problem,the paper analyzes the restrictive factors of Guangxi minority culture integrating into kindergarten curriculum,including culture,teachers,environment,policy and finance,which are respectively manifested as the limited inheritance and development of minority culture,the neglect of minority culture education in teacher training,the lack of strong minority culture atmosphere,the insufficient support of national and local policies,and the lack of support from the Ministry of education The input of special funds for the Department is limited.Based on the analysis of the practical problems and constraints of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum,combined with the national cultural heritage and the reality of kindergarten curriculum development in ethnic areas,as well as the actual needs of children’s development in ethnic areas,this paper attempts to explore the effective path of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum:first,strengthen the kindergarten national culture The second is to establish a special teacher training and training mechanism in minority areas;the third is to optimize the environment of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum;the fourth is to strengthen the system construction of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum;the fifth is to improve the guarantee mechanism of Guangxi minority culture into kindergarten curriculum. |
