Since the 20th century, due to the improvement of economic level and medical level, human life expectancy has been greatly improved. And,due to the different level of economic development around the aging degree is not the same, mainly reflected in the differences between provinces and the difference between urban and rural, from the beginning of the "high growth","high mortality","high birth rate" to now "low birth rate, low mortality rate and low growth rate",the replacement becomes slow, the increasingly serious aging degree. As a big country with demographic dividend,China is also the first developing country to step into the aging society. At the same time,China's aging is also uneven regional distribution, regional differences, and other characteristics. Therefore, through the analysis of the indexes to measure the regional distribution characteristics of China's aging population and the cause of aging in different areas is particularly important, and application of spatial econometric model analysis the causes of ageing caused by regional differences,to deepen the understanding of the aging problem in China and a target area population policy has the corresponding guiding significance.Aging articles, this article through to the previous literature such as population flow, the paper selected the 2002-2017 panel data of 31 provinces in our country, from the level, speed, such as aging index, analyzing the cause of aging in different regions and the regional distribution of ageing characteristics, problems and the research of the combination of characteristics, using the spatial autocorrelation model and for different parts of the fixed effects model analysis, analysis of China in different parts of the aging population causes, influence the aging of the population flow, economy, population, health, education and other factors index number of selection and quantitative analysis. This paper mainly puts forward a new idea about the application method and analysis Angle of the research object. The spatial econometric model is used to analyze the spillover effect of aging, and panel data is used to analyze the causes of aging in the east and the Middle East respectively. The study found that Beijing, liaoning, tianjin, hebei, jiangsu and other places aging lay particular stress on,the reason:medical and health conditions, the level of economic development and spatial spillover effect will accelerate the aging process, especially the spatial spillover effect can make the aging distribution of a continuous belt in population outflow will accelerate the aging process, and the higher population growth rate will slow down the aging process; The higher the level of education, the lower the degree of aging. In conclusion,it is necessary to study the causes of aging in China.According to the research,it is concluded that the population flow is one of the factors that affect the uneven distribution of the aging population in China.Due to the population flow between regions, the aging level of the population inflow areas in China will be alleviated to some extent. And the aging level will increase in areas with population outflow. The higher the per capita GDP of the region, the more developed the economy will accelerate the development of regional aging. In order to pursue better development and a better life, the labor force population tends to move to the neighboring economically developed areas. Therefore, there will be the phenomenon of population mobility in underdeveloped areas. The tendency of population mobility is that the young tend to have a higher mobility tendency than the old, while the old tend to have a lower mobility, which flows to the economically developed areas and flows out of the economically underdeveloped areas. If the population gender imbalance is more serious, especially the lack of female population, will hinder the reproduction of the population, resulting in a shrinking population and deepening the aging.Education alleviates aging to a certain extent. When the education level keeps rising,it reflects the good economic development level of the region, and the people who receive education are generally young, which indicates that the education level of the region is relatively advanced, which alleviates the aging degree of the region. The continuous supply of social public resources in the region. The improvement of medical and health conditions is beneficial to cure patients, reduce mortality and delay human life. Therefore,it will directly extend the area's average life expectancy and increase the number of elderly people, and indirectly increase the probability of everyone reaching old age.The characteristics of China's aging population forming a continuous plate are due to a very significant spatial spillover effect, that is,"when you get close to zhu you will be red,and when you get close to ink you will be black".Through continuous interaction and spread, the aging population will gradually spread from the eastern region to the central region, which is not only a spillover effect in breadth but also in depth.
