| As one of the important pillars of the German higher education system,the German University of Applied Sciences rose between 1960 and 1970.After nearly half a century of concentrated development,a relatively pure school system has begun to take shape,and business cooperation is its unique characteristics of personnel training model,but also one of the successful experience of running a school.The model of cooperation with enterprises not only for the German society and enterprises to cultivate a lot of excellent high-level application of technical talents,but also for the rise and rapid development of the German economy has made tremendous contributions.At present,the employment market reflects the outstanding problems-the imbalance in employment structure,on the one hand,college graduates employment difficult,can not find a suitable job;the other is the enterprise recruitment of the appropriate application of technical talents.This phenomenon shows a prominent problem,that is,China's higher education personnel training structure and the development of the enterprise structure is not suited to produce a dislocation of the problem.Therefore,the current stage of higher education reform,the classification of higher education management,so that the formation of enterprise development structure to adapt to the structure of higher education personnel training without delay.In this context,the University of Applied Sciences in Germany as the research object in this paper,its together development process with characteristics of running a brief analysis and introduction.This paper systematically studies the operation mechanism of the cooperative operation with the enterprise.Summarize and draw lessons from its successful experience,and find out the effective way of the transformation of the new undergraduate colleges to the applied science university in view of the problems in the current transformation and development of the local undergraduate colleges in China. |
