Study On The Implementing Inspirational Education Of High School Politics Teacher

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,when the youth thrive,the country prospers,and when the youth are strong,the country is strong.When the youth have ideals,skills and responsibilities,the country has a future and the nation has hope.At present,our country has entered a new era.High school students are in a critical period of transition from the junior to the youth or “the jointing-booting stage” of life,their ideals and faiths and “world outlook and view of life and values” have strong plasticity.High school students should establish lofty ideals,love the great motherland,bear responsibility and have courage to struggle,practice skills proficiently,temper character.Politics teachers play a crucial role in guiding high school students to have “ world outlook and view of life and values,lofty ideals,noble moral” by implementing inspirational education.High school politics teachers regard the high school students as the object of education to implement inspirational education.On the basis of high school student's law of somatopsychic development and relying on the high school political lesson teaching materials,politics teachers penetrate designedly inspirational education content into the minds of the high school students by taking effective methods of inspirational education.The purpose is to help students have the firm ideals and faiths and the unyielding spirit in order to achieve the aim of fostering virtue through education.Contents of inspirational education include ideal and faith education and three-outlook education.Ideal and faith education means that politics teachers help students establish firm the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the lofty ideal of communist society,the moral ideal,the professional ideal and the life ideal.Three-outlook education means that politics teachers guide students to form world outlook and view of life and values in line with the requirements of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The main methods of inspirational education include model education method and frustration education method.The survey results show that: the frequency of implementing inspirational education is higher and the results are better.However,because the school's evaluation system is not scientific and some teachers' abilities are limited,the implementing inspirational education of high school politics teacher still exists some problems.In terms of the contents,part of politics teachers do not have a deep understanding of importance about inspirational education;part of politics teachers deviate from the goal of ideal and faith of implementing inspirational education;part of politics teachers do not comprehensively combine with the content of the ideal and faith education and three-outlook education in textbook.In terms of the methods,the method of implementing inspirational education is single;it is not the right time for teachers to adopt inspirational education methods.The coping strategies of Strengthening effectiveness about politics teacher's implementation of inspirational education are as follows: setting up and optimizing the system of inspirational education management in school,in particular,transforming the concept of exam-oriented education,optimizing evaluation system of academic success and applying to the evaluation of inspirational education;strengthening politics teacher equipped with management and improving their comprehensive quality and ability to optimize the teachers' management system;politics teachers should dig deeply into the contents of inspirational education in textbooks and implement inspirational education in combination with the contents of new development concept,political rights and duties of citizens,great national spirit and socialist core values;politics teachers should adopt flexible and varied methods of inspirational education and scientifically grasp the opportunity of inspirational education...
