With the idea of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" put forward,China's entrepreneurial environment has been greatly improved,entrepreneurship has become a trend of the times.The release of creative potential through entrepreneurship can stimulate and enhance China's economic development in different stages.It can be seen that entrepreneurship is of great strategic significance to China's economic growth at present.According to the China Report of Global Entrepreneurship Watch 2017 / 2018,young people aged 18-34 are the most active among Chinese entrepreneurs,accounting for about 50 percent of the total number of start-ups.However,for the university students who are one of the active groups of entrepreneurship,the situation of self-entrepreneurship is not optimistic.According to the Blue Book of Employment: Report on the employment of Chinese college students in 2019,the entrepreneurship rate of college graduates in China is only 1.8%,which is slightly lower than that of the previous five years.Therefore,facing the negative entrepreneurial attitude of college students,how to stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students is an urgent need to follow up the topic of the Times,but also academic research issues can not be ignored.Based on the theory of planned behavior,among the factors that affect the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students,the internal entrepreneurship spirit of taking risks,responsibility,kindness and innovation is very important.The enterprising personality and behavioral orientation displayed by the internal entrepreneurship will stimulate the enthusiasm for starting a business.Based on the theory of social capital,the social resources provided by individual social capital is also an important mechanism for the influence of internal entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students.Therefore,this article take the Southwest Area University student enterprise team as the research object,analyzes the internal entrepreneur spirit to university student enterprise enthusiasm research mechanism.First of all,this paper concludes a large number of relevant literature,and determines that the internal entrepreneurship is an independent variable,and the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students is a dependent variable,personal social capital,which is measured by three dimensions of social network,social responsibility and common goal,is used as an intermediary variable to construct a research model and propose research hypotheses,the author also issues 281 questionnaires,and uses Spss23.0 and Amos23.0 to carry on the descriptive analysis,the correlation analysis and the regression analysis to verify the hypothesis which this article proposed;finally,carries on the combing summary to the research conclusion,and proposes the substantive suggestion.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the behavior orientation of internal entrepreneurship stimulates the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students,and the positive effect of internal entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students is established;(2)internal entrepreneurship has positive effect on individual social capital and its three dimensions(social network,social responsibility and common goal);(3)individual social capital and its three dimensions(social network,social responsibility and common goal)all have positive effects on stimulating entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students;(4)in regression analysis,in the three dimensions of individual social capital,social responsibility and common goals play mediating roles,and the correlation coefficient decreases by 0.134 and 0.141,respectively,but the mediating effect of social network is not significant.According to the research results,this paper puts forward the following strategies on how to improve the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students:(1)attach importance to the stimulation and cultivation of entrepreneurship,build a sound entrepreneurial system to improve the entrepreneurial management ability of more college students;(2)to attach importance to the influence of entrepreneurial culture and enhance the core competitiveness of entrepreneurship in an all-round way through mutual cooperation and enterprising internal entrepreneurship;(3)to actively identify high-quality entrepreneurial opportunities and create a good entrepreneurial environment with appropriate social resources,so as to improve the current situation of low entrepreneurial rate of college students.From the theoretical level,this study not only enriches the research on the antecedents of entrepreneurial enthusiasm,but also explores the intermediary effect of individual social capital and innovates the theory of entrepreneurial enthusiasm.From a practical perspective,this paper helps college students to understand the importance of internal entrepreneurship in the process of stimulating entrepreneurship,and to cultivate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm inspired by individual behavior orientation on the basis of integrating social resources,make enthusiasm into entrepreneurial behavior,and gradually achieve entrepreneurial success.
