With the continuous development of higher education,China's private colleges and universities have made great progress in terms of the running environment,running scale,running level and running quality,and have also made good achievements.In the past 10 years,the development environment of private undergraduate colleges has undergone great changes.Especially since the promulgation and implementation of the national vocational education reform plan,private colleges and universities in China have started to transform into application-oriented vocational education,and application-oriented vocational education has become the development trend of private colleges and universities.Private colleges and universities have also begun to carry out strategic transformation.In the process of transformation,their requirements on talent training have also changed.The requirements of colleges and universities on the management personnel,the knowledge capability of the education and teaching team,the knowledge structure and the methods of the management team have all changed.After the strategic transformation,the human resource management environment of private colleges and universities also began to change,which had to prompt the system and mechanism of human resource management of private colleges and universities to change accordingly,and make corresponding adjustments in the aspects of talent selection,management,talent cultivation and stability.This paper takes the human resource management of private colleges and universities under the background of strategic transformation as the research object,and combines relevant theories of human resource management to study the problems of human resources after the strategic transformation and development of private colleges and universities.Sichuan M university is selected as a case to analyze the existing problems of human resource management after its strategic transformation,analyze the shortcomings of human resource management strategy and the improvement measures to be taken under the background of the strategic transformation of China's private universities,and put forward the corresponding implementation countermeasures.Found in research institute of sichuan M under the background of strategic transformation in the process of its human resources management problems and put forward the corresponding strategies and Suggestions of M college adapt to strategic transformation trend of development of colleges and universities,in accordance with the requirements for China's higher education innovation of human resource management idea,to adjust the employing mechanism,improve the incentive and evaluation mechanism,strengthen the cultivation of teachers to establish and perfect the human resources management strategy,for school development after transform a met the need of the development of private colleges talent team,build high-quality and highly skilled personnel for the school to provide human resources guarantee.
