In recent years,the state has introduced policies to tilt toward skewed rural teachers in job title evaluation,relaxthed the conditions for job title evaluation,and increased the number of places.After the introduction of the new job title evaluation policy,especially after the quota of job title evaluation was opened to the grass-roots township teachers,how the township middle school teachers' satisfaction with the new job title evaluation policy aroused the interest of the researchers,and therefore put forward a study on the job title evaluation satisfaction of the teachers in the township secondary schools.The new job title evaluation policy for rural teachers in remote and difficult areas,their performance pay,job title evaluation,welfare treatment has been greatly improved.However,there are still great differences in the evaluation and appointment of titles,which affect skilled job enthusiasm due to job title evaluation and appointment.With the implementation of the reform policy of teachertitles in primary and secondary schools,the satisfaction of teachers with job title evaluation is worthy of our serious investigation and analysis.In this study,the teachers of 10 township middle schools in Z County,Yunnan Province,combined with the characteristics of teachers in ethnic autonomous counties and township middle schools,carried out the current research on the job title assessment status of teachers in Z County.The theoretical significance of the study mainly provides research data for the status quo of job title assessment of teachers in township middle schools,and enriches,enriches and updates the relevant theories such as professional planning and professional development of teachers in township middle schools.The practical significance of the study is mainly of important reference value to the development of compulsory education in the remote rural areas of our country.The research method mainly uses questionnaire and interview method to study.The questionnaire is investigated and analyzed by the satisfaction of 7 dimensions,namely,teacher's working environment,teacher's salary income,teacher's promotion and development,teacher's job title policy,teacher's job title evaluation process,teacher's job title evaluation results,teacher's career plan.Through the questionnaire analysis,the overall satisfaction of the teachers in township middle schools for the job title assessment is higher.The influence of the two factors,job title and whether to hold administrative positions,is more significant.The letterability of working environment,job title evaluation results and teacher's career planning is higher in 7 dimensions,and the letterability of work income,promotion and development,job title policy and job title evaluation process is relatively high.The wage difference between teachers in township secondary schools is mainly determined by the high or low job titles.Based on the large income gap between different grades in the conclusion of the survey,it is suggested that the national or provincial job title evaluation institutions should fully investigate and narrow the income gap among teachers with equal pay for equal work due to the high and low job titles.Standardize the management of job title assessment in township secondary schools,implement the original intention of job title assessment,and truly realize the balanced development of education between urban and rural areas in the teachers' strength.Improve the performance appraisal and reward mechanism outside the job title,dilute the salary ratio of the title,and reduce the salary gap between grades.
