With economic development and cultural exchanges deepening,and the frequent flow of talents between countries,China's status has become increasingly prominent,which has attracted more and more international students to China.The work of international students has become an important part of China's high education.The Chinese government has always attached importance to the education and acceptance of foreign students in China,and regards it as an important content of China's foreign exchanges.With the continuous expansion of China's foreign cultural exchange and the continuous improvement of China's international status,the number of international students studying in China has increased year by year,and the structure of international students has become more and more complex,which has set higher requirements for the education and management of international students.The acceptance of international students is not long,and the practical experience is insufficient in China.On the basis of previous studies,this paper first combs the development and present situation of foreign students coming to China,probes into the rise and development of foreign students in Jiangxi colleges and universities,analyzes the present situation of education management of foreign students in Jiangxi colleges and universities,and reveals the problems existing in relevant practice.With th e help of questionnaires and interviews,this paper analyzes the daily management and teaching management of foreign students,and summarizes the problems existing in the management of students in Ganliu at present:the imperfect linkage mechanism of departments,the limited comprehensive quality of managers,and the lack of timely information exchange among management teams.There are three main reasons for the above management problems:The lack of understanding of the education of foreign students in schools,the degree is not perfect;The quality of students is uneven,the ability of cross-cultural adaptation is not enough;The content of teaching is lack of interest,and the curriculum is partial to theoretical.In studying this issue,the author borrowed the advanced experience of some universities in China and abroad,selected Peking University,Wuhan University,and the United Kingdom and Germany as examples for in-depth analysis and research,and proposed the following countermeasures:First.Incorporate the education of foreign students into the school The overall development plan is updated in the discipline and specialty settings,curriculum construction,and school level.Second,the establishment of an international student-oriented interactive management system to improve the chaotic current situation caused by the mixed office and cross-functional functions,and give full play to teachers.The role of management and supervision,while also giving play to the democratic consciousness of foreign students,the establishment of teacher information feedback mechanism and international student self-management system;Third,adhere to teaching as the center,on the one hand,improve the overall quality of professional teachers,on the other hand Enhancing the Curriculum for foreign students features flexible set of teaching and training programs,and the types of courses and course content and enrich.Fourth,respect different cultures in order to realize humanized management,eliminate conflicts between multicultural systems,establish the concept of cultural equality and inclusive development,create a good educational management environment for foreign students,and promote the development of the cause of foreign students.
