Research On The Management Of International Students In China By D University

With the rapid development of overseas study in various countries,the mobility of students in various countries is increasingly driving the exchange of higher education in various countries and accelerating the internationalization of higher education.International student management is one important part of higher education management in our country,make foreign students management work to strengthen our country with the rest of the world in diplomacy,trade,culture,politics,education and so on various aspects of communication,to further expand the opening to the outside world degree,at the same time strong support "Chinese dream" and "Belt and Road" construction.In 1950,China began to receive international students to study in China.After years of development,China has become the third largest importer of overseas students in the world.At present,the number of overseas students in China is surging,and the achievements of management and management theories lag behind the development of international students.Based on the current situation,how to ensure the rapid growth of the number of international students in China while doing a good job in the management of international students in China has become a difficult point to be broken through,and this difficulty has important research and practical significance.In this study,the author firstly use the literature research method to sort out the development history and status quo of China's international students' education in China,as well as the current management regulations,systems and modes of international students in China.Secondly,using the method of investigation and interview,the students at the university of D education course and its management status and characteristics,from the survey of students and the interview results of students management staff for problems existing in the management of D university students is summarized,and analysis the causes of the formation of problems is a country with a student management system is rigid,backward management mode,and international students their own lack of initiative,etc.And based on the reason of the problem,put forward some feasible suggestions for D university.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction part.The introduction part contains the background and significance of the research.Through searching,sorting out and analyzing the published literature review,research status and results of related topics,the research content and research methods of this paper are established.The second part is an overview of the management of international students in Chinese universities.By sorting out the current research status of the management of international students in China,the education development process,management mode and relevant policies and regulations of international students in China,we can clearly understand the current situation of the management of international students in China.The third part summarizes the general problems and the causes of the problems existing in the management of international students in colleges and universities.The fourth part describes the education process of international students in D University and the current situation of management of international students in D University.The fifth part is based on the investigation of D University,summarizes the current problems in the management of international students in D University and analyzes the causes of the problems.In the sixth part is based on the investigation and analysis of the typical case of D University,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management of international students in D university from three aspects,namely,macro state management,school management and international student group.At the national level,we should improve the laws and regulations on the management of international students,create a relatively loose policy environment for international students,and reform the management system of international students.At the management level of colleges and universities,we should improve the level of international students' education through teaching management reform,change the concept of international students' management,and strengthen the construction of international students' management team.At the level of international students,they should improve their self-management ability and actively realize cross-cultural communication.The issue of management of overseas study in China by universities studied in this paper is not a new topic,and there have been many discussions by predecessors.However,the author,from the perspective of her own work,conducts a relatively comprehensive investigation on all aspects of management of overseas study in China by D University,and analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of D University.According to the results,some countermeasures and suggestions that may adapt to the management of international students in D university are put forward.
