Study On The Coordination And Optimization Of Financial Industry Structure And Employment Structure In China

Finance is at the heart of the modern economy.The outline of China's 13th five-year plan(2016-2020)clearly states that it is necessary to "improve the financial institution system in which commercial finance,development finance,policy finance and cooperative finance have reasonable division of labor and complement each other.Employment is the key to people's livelihood and the key to social harmony and stability.Adjusting the structure of employment is a major task in China's economic reform.The coordination between the structure of financial industry and the structure of employment is an important issue for the development of macro-economy,and the healthy development of economy and full employment are two important objectives of the macro-control function of finance.The change of financial industry structure affects the optimization of employment structure,and the adjustment of employment structure affects the upgrading of financial industry structure.This paper first summarizes the relevant literature on the structure of financial industry and employment structure,and summarizes the relevant research results.On this basis,it discriminates the concepts involved in this paper,and quotes the theories related to the changes of the structure of financial industry and employment structure.And then analyzes the present situation of our country financial industry structure and employment structure,found that look from the overall scale of China's total financial reached a considerable scale,bank,securities,insurance industry has been a steady development,growing financial asset scale,but our country still is the intermediary bank as the leading,non-bank financial institutions in the financial system structure,employment structure from the first industry in China is gradually transformed into to the secondary industry and tertiary industry employment is given priority to,the overall employment structure evolvement trend conforms to the general law of our country.But on the whole,the proportion of employment in primary industry is still too high,the proportion of tertiary industry is still low,and the employment structure still needs to be adjusted and improved.Secondly,the correlation coefficient is used to find the close correlation between the structure of financial industry and the structure of employment.Using the coordination coefficient and coupling coordination degree index showed that along with the development of our country's economy,the continuous development of financial industry and improvement of the coordination between the two,overall development of China's financial industry structure and employment structure is not sufficient,the financial development of industrial structure and employment structure have significant room to improve two aspects.Again,through the relevant data from 1996 to 2018,build financial industry structure and employment structure of VAR model,found that China's financial development scale and financial development structure and employment structure in our country there is negative effect,the relationship between the development of China's financial development scale and structure of inhibition to improve the employment structure in China,their relationship is not harmonious.The improvement of China's employment structure has a little inhibition on the scale and structure of China's financial development in the short term,but a more obvious promotion on the scale and structure of China's financial development in the long term.Finally,according to the previous research results,some Suggestions on the optimization of financial industry and employment structure are given.
