Research On The Path Of Improving The Rule Of Law Consciousness Of College Students

Under the background of the continuous deepening of the rule of law in the new era,college students,as the main force and source of strength in the construction of the rule of law,are the hopes for China to further promote the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the Chinese dream.The legal consciousness of college students not only restricts their own comprehensive development,but also affects the development of socialist rule of law and the harmony and stability of the whole society.This study based on the new era of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and the ideological and political education of college students,especially the requirements of rule of law education,puts forward the path to effectively improve the rule of law consciousness of college students.It has great theoretical and practical significance.This study takes the path of improving the rule of law consciousness of college students in the new era as the starting point,and adopts the literature analysis and questionnaire research methods to define the concept of rule of law,legal consciousness,especially in the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and the comprehensive development of Marxist people.the rule of law of the classic Marxist writers and the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics are the theoretical basis.The college students in Shaanxi Province are the research object,and the current situation of the rule of law consciousness of college students is investigated.The multi-faceted influencing factors are social rule of law environment,university rule of law education,family rule of law concept,college students' cognitive characteristics and attitude towards rule of law education.Through the analysis of the questionnaireand the influencing factors.this study points out that in the new era,the promotion of the rule of law awareness of college students requires the optimization of the socialist rule of law environment with Chinese characteristics,the strengthening of the rule of law education,the improvement of family rule of law education,and the stimulation of college students' self-rule education.In the new way of "micro-propagation",the realization of rule of law education is a new breakthrough.the existing research related to the path to improve the rule of law awareness of college students is basically started from the aspects of society,school,family and individual.Although it has achieved certain results,the current situation of the weak sense of rule of law of college students still exists.Based on the existing researches,this paper presents the "micro-propagation" methods,such as WeChat,Weibo,and micro-video to help college students' rule of law education,hoping to effectively improve the rule of law awareness of college students and provide some help for the rule of law education in the new era.
