With the advent of the 2017 edition of general high school history curriculum standards,the new edition of high school history textbooks—The "Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(part I)" was also published.The old high school history textbook was compiled under the guidance of the 2003 curriculum standard,while the new high school history textbook was compiled under the guidance of the 2017 edition.Due to the differences in guiding ideology and compilation background between the new and old high school history textbooks,there are great differences between the new and old high school history textbooks,which provides the possibility for research.By selecting the part of "Chinese History",this paper makes a comparative study on the background,structure and content of the new and old high school history textbooks,which is of certain significance to correctly understand the new textbooks and make good use of the new textbooks.This paper consists of six parts: The introduction introduces the research purpose and method,research object and significance,research status,innovation and deficiencies.The first chapter is the comparison of the writing background,comparing the background and curriculum standards of the old textbook and the new textbook.The second chapter is the comparison of the frame structure,which compares the compilation style,the whole book structure,the unit structure and the text structure between the old edition and the new edition.The third chapter is the comparison of the text content,comparing the text content with the auxiliary text content.The text compares the language expression and the selection of knowledge points,and the auxiliary text compares the introduction,article interpretation,after-class consolidation and illustrations.The fourth chapter summarizes the differences between the old version and the new edition of high school history textbooks,and analyzes the reasons for the differences.The differences are mainly analyzed and summarized from the writing style,textbook structure and content.The reasons for the differences are mainly analyzed from the development of society,the change of curriculum standards and the promotion of college entrance examination reform.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions on the use of the new textbook,such as delving into the new curriculum standards,grasping the five core qualities of history,fully understanding the new textbook,making good use of modern information technology,and attaching importance to teaching evaluation.
