The Mathematics Curriculum Standard of General High School?2017Edition?[1]?hereinafter referred to as Curriculum Standard?proposes that in the process of learning mathematics and applied mathematics,students can develop mathematical modeling literacy.In the process of learning mathematics and applied mathematics,students can develop mathematical modeling literacy.It takes mathematical modeling as one of the six core qualities and points out that 6 class hours should be taken to complete mathematical modeling and mathematical exploration activities.Under this background,the author reviewed the literature to understand the existing results of the research on mathematical modeling literacy.On this basis,combined with the standard of mathematical modeling literacy level division of curriculum standard and Yu Ping's subject literacy evaluation system,the author establish the mathematical modeling literacy level division standard of this study according to the definition of mathematical modeling literacy,which was defined by theoretical data.From the perspective of students,this study investigated the current situation of mathematical modeling literacy level of senior two students by making and issuing questionnaires.The results are as follows:?1?The overall performance of students in modeling literacy level one is better.Table 1 of modeling literacy level has the highest passing rate,with a zero score rate of 0;?2?The test zero score rate of level two was18%.About 26 people have no explicit characteristics of modeling literacy level II;?3?The overall test performance of level 3 was poor;?4?With the increase of modeling literacy,the full score is lower and lower.But the zero score is higher and higher.The overall distribution of high school students'modeling literacy is reasonable;?5?38%of the students are still at the level of zero.The distribution of level two and level three is less than 20%.The overall test of students'modeling literacy level is low;?6?Students generally welcome mathematical modeling activities.They think it can help to improve the enthusiasm of mathematics learning;?7?Students hope that modeling activities will be carried out in the way of traditional teaching,cooperation between teachers and students and group cooperation.This study analyzes the factors that affect the distribution of modeling literacy from the perspective of students:?1?gender differences affect the horizontal distribution of modeling literacy;?2?differences in arts and science affect the horizontal distribution of modeling literacy;?3?the degree of liking mathematics affects the horizontal distribution of modeling literacy;?4?daily performance affects the horizontal distribution of modeling literacy to a certain extent;?5?the degree of liking teachers influences the horizontal distribution of modeling literacy;?6?mathematical modeling theory reserves affect the horizontal distribution of modeling literacy;?7?teaching methods teachers adopted affect the horizontal distribution of modeling literacy.Analysis from the perspective of teachers:?1?the storage of teachers own mathematical modeling theory is weak;?2?teachers pursue the efficient way of imparting knowledge;?3?the evaluation method of teachers'mathematical modeling literacy is relatively monotonous;?4?there is not enough space for students'autonomous activities in teachers'teaching.Based on the above reasons,corresponding teaching strategies for cultivating mathematical modeling literacy are put forward:?1?the differences between men and women students in mathematical modeling learning should be paid attention to;?2?distinguishing the thinking characteristics of arts and science students in learning mathematical modeling should be paid attention to;?3?cultivating students'love for mathematics and teachers should be focused on;?4?relevant theories of mathematical modeling should be popularized at the right time;?5?the model of infiltrating the practical application of mathematics should be adopted in classroom teaching;?6?the modeling materials of reading and thinking and expanding and exploring modules should be deeply explored;?7?deepen the teachers'cultivating awareness of mathematical modeling literacy;?8?set up a mathematical modeling team;?9?the evaluation of mathematical modeling literacy needs more attention to process evaluation.
