In 2017,China formulated and implemented the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools,which clearly defined the cultivation of students' core physical education and physical education teaching methods,pushing the cultivation of high school students' core physical education to a new height.With the deepening of the implementation of the new curriculum standards,more and more schools pay more attention to the physical development of students and the cultivation of the core quality of physical education,and more and more high school teachers regard the cultivation of students' core quality as the primary task of physical education teaching.However,the current high school students' physical fitness has been declining year by year,the curriculum objectives have not been successfully completed,and the students' core quality of physical education has not been effectively developed,all of which have a great relationship with our teachers' teaching methods.Therefore,in the physical education discipline,how to promote the improvement and transformation of teachers' teaching methods based on the cultivation of core accomplishment remains to be further studied.This paper through the study of literature,review and summarize the related research at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed,on this basis,based on the ordinary high school physical education and health curriculum standards(2017 edition)",a reference index system of sports discipline core literacy,combined with the teachers and expert interview,the teachers and students questionnaire(questionnaire,through the questionnaire and interview to nanjing high school sports teaching present situation investigation and analysis,and put forward is operational in the horizon,core literacy of high school sports teaching mode optimization strategy,in order to promote the nanjing high school sports teaching practice,to better promote the development of students' sports discipline core accomplishment.The research results show that the current nanjing high school sports teaching present situation is as follows:(1)nanjing excellent teachers,high school physical education teachers education is given priority to with undergraduate degrees,graduate degrees is complementary,gender structure in 31-the age of 40 young men backbone teachers mainly,and there was a vigorous young teachers and veteran teachers under;(2)The teaching goal of PE teachers to cultivate students' core physical education has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and they believe that the teaching methods advocated under the perspective of core literacy are very effective for physical education teaching,but it is difficult to implement in the physical education class;(3)most of the physical education teachers are aware of the new standard of teaching methods,the benefits of ideological change has been made,but in the process of sports teaching of normal,three-step teaching method still occupied the main position,only at the time of sports public class,PE teachers will be more to horizon,promote core literacy teaching methods;(4)The physical education teaching method of high schools in Nanjing can basically meet the needs of students in the training of students' athletic ability,but there are still some students' physical condition at the level of failing,and few students have excellent physical performance;Most teachers can carry on the education of sports cognition to the students in the process of physical education,but there are still a few teachers who fail to complete this education.At the same time there are a small number of teachers can not do in the process of physical education teaching sports exhibition and competition;(5)The physical education teaching methods of high schools in Nanjing are mixed on the cultivation of students' health behaviors.Physical education teachers can cultivate students' good physical awareness and habits,but in the process of exercise,the exercise time is short,the exercise intensity is not big,and the fitness effect is not good.In the game emotion regulation ability is weak,strong desire for the victory of the game,easy to produce emotions for the referee's decisions;(6)The physical education teaching methods in Nanjing senior high schools are generally good for the cultivation of students' physical morality,and most students can form good sportsmanship and good sportsmanship.The only fly in the ointment is that there are certain defects in the cultivation of students' sports character.Few students can achieve victory without pride and lose with grace,and some students are indifferent to class competitions.According to the survey results,the advantages of the current physical education mode in Nanjing are as follows :(1)the concept transformation is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the cultivation of students' moral character is emphasized;(2)Explore the new teaching methods and make various attempts on them.But there are still the following problems :(1)physical education curriculum is not paid attention to,the implementation of the practice process is difficult;(2)Teachers' teaching thinking is fixed and cannot stimulate students' interest;(3)The teaching management mechanism is limited and the course assessment content is rigid;(4)The role of teachers needs to be changed and the personal quality needs to be improved.Finally,in view of the problems in the physical education teaching methods of high schools in Nanjing and the anti-war requirements of the core quality of physical education,the author puts forward optimization approaches :(1)Use situational teaching methods to stimulate students' interest in learning;(2)Increase the support of school policies and learn from excellent teaching models;(3)Adopt multiple teaching methods to enrich physical education teaching content;(4)Teachers change their teaching roles and form a democratic and equal atmosphere;(5)Clarify the purpose of physical education teaching and establish a two-way evaluation system.
