An Investigation On The Employability Of The Graduates Of Hunan Vocational College Of Finance And Economics

Human resource is the first resource,vocational education is one of the important cornerstones of the national talent strategy,occupies a very important position,is an important source of power for the future economic and social development,and also receives more and more attention.At the same time,with the continuous optimization of the industrial structure,there are many problems in the high-speed development of vocational education.In this paper,Hunan Financial Industry Vocational and Technical College as the research object,the employment of vocational college graduates as a practical case for analysis and research,the use of human resources management theory and methods to analyze and study the employment of college students.According to the requirements of employers for the ability and quality of recruiting talents,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment ability of college students at present,analyzes and studies the methods and ways to improve the employment ability of college students from the perspective of the teaching reform of school talent training,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures in order to realize the full employment of graduates and solve the employment difficulties of college students in higher vocational colleges Problem.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of employment ability at home and abroad,defines the connotation of vocational education and employment ability,and introduces theemployability model(usem model),psycho social construction model,and employment ability model(career edge model).Then from the aspects of the scale and structure of graduates,the initial employment rate and the direction of employment,and the distribution of graduates' employment flow,this paper analyzes the current situation of graduates' employment in Hunan Vocational College of Finance and economics,and points out the main problems existing in employment.Then,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the students' basic situation,employment status,employment ability and employment process.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation of employment ability,and the results show that the basic ability of students is good,but different from the needs of enterprises;the practical operation ability is good;the social adaptability is general,and the channels to improve the ability are lack;the development ability is weak,and its innovation ability needs to be improved urgently;the influencing factors of employment ability are analyzed,and the gender,the source of students,whether to be employed or not are pointed out Student cadres,whether they participate in social practice and whether they have career planning have a certain impact on the employability of graduates.At last,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employability of graduates from the aspects of students themselves,schools and government.The research of this paper has a certain practical significance for improving the employment ability and realizing full employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges,and can provide reference for the employment work of graduates of relevant colleges.
