Procrastination is an innate disease of human beings.A series of adverse consequences of procrastination will affect people's normal life.Learning procrastination generally exists in college students in our country.In learning,procrastination will reduce the sense of learning achievement,reduce learning efficiency,affect academic achievement,and even bring negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and affect mental health.To improve the situation of learning delay can help college students to achieve good academic achievements,avoid the impact of negative emotions and promote mental health;it is also conducive to the management of teachers,improve teaching level;it can also promote the cultivation of school talents and improve social reputation.At the same time,to improve learning delay is also the embodiment of college students,college teachers and administrators to fulfill the responsibility of higher education law and practice the obligation of higher education law.Taking part in physical exercise can enhance the physique,relieve the pressure and relieve the mood,which is particularly important for the college students suffering from learning delay.In order to understand the relationship and mechanism between physical exercise and college students' learning delay,the research adopts the methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics.Taking college students' physical exercise behavior,self-control ability,time management tendency,learning delay and their relationship as the research object,877 college students in 5 cities of Henan Province are investigated by questionnaire.The conclusions are as follows : 1.Status of indicators(1)The physical exercise quantity of college students is in the lower middle level,the physical exercise behavior of college students of different genders and different grades has significant differences,the physical exercise behavior of college students of different genders and different grades has significant differences.(2)The self-control ability of female college students is generally higher than that of male college students,the higher the grade,the stronger the self-control ability of College Students;the self-control ability of college students of the same gender and different grades has significant difference.(3)The time management ability of female college students is higher than that of male college students,the higher the grade,the stronger the time management ability of College Students;the time management ability of college students of different genders and different grades has significant difference.(4)The study delay level of male college students is slightly higher than that of female college students,and there is no difference in the study delay level of different gender college students;there is significant difference in the study delay level of different grade college students.2.Relationship between indicators(1)Physical exercise behavior has a significant negative predictive effect on learning delay of college students.(2)Physical exercise behavior can not only directly affect college students' learning procrastination,also can through self control and time management intermediary role indirect influence on learning procrastination,including three intermediary path: through self control of intermediary path,through the intermediary path time management,through self control and time management chain intermediary path.
