| In order to understand the mediating role of primary school teachers’ psychological empowerment between work family conflict and job burnout,as well as the moderating role of organizational justice in this model,analyze the influencing factors of primary school teachers’ job burnout from three levels: family,school,and individual.And the mechanism of action,the study uses the " Work Family Conflict Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary School Teachers "," Burnout Scale for Primary and Secondary School Teachers","Psychological Empowerment Scale" and "Organizational Justice Questionnaire " to study 469 primary school teachers in Guangdong Province,and use SPSS22.0 to analyze the data.Research indicates:(1)There are differences in the demographic variables of primary school teachers in the four categories of work family conflict,job burnout,psychological empowerment,and organizational justice.(2)There is a significant pairwise correlation among primary school teachers’ work family conflict,job burnout,psychological empowerment,and organizational justice.(3)The work family conflict of primary school teachers can indirectly predict job burnout through the mediating effect of psychological empowerment.(4)Organizational justice regulates the impact of psychological empowerment on the job burnout of primary school teachers.Specifically,the higher the level of organizational justice,the more obvious the negative predictive effect of psychological empowerment on the job burnout of primary school teachers,and vice versa;... |
