Teachers,as the backbone of promoting the development of education in China,their professional development has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.How to develop teachers' professional structure is an urgent problem for front-line teachers.This paper adopts the method of oral history to study Yang Dongjun,a special Chinese teacher in Linfen.Through the analysis and summary of his educational life,it explores the way of Yang Dongjun's professional development of teachers,and draws some inspiration about teachers' professional development,aiming at giving full play to the professional demonstration and leading role of excellent teachers.This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which puts forward the research questions,makes literature review,finds the research perspective,puts forward the purpose and significance of the research,introduces the research ideas,and chooses the research object and method.The second chapter mainly describes Mr.Yang's school experience and early work experience.The third chapter mainly narrates Mr.Yang's Chinese classroom teaching story,explores Mr.Yang's experience of becoming a teacher and participating in Chinese teaching reform,and explores how Mr.Yang develops Chinese classroom teaching.Chapter four mainly describes the experience of Mr.Yang as an editor of Language Newspaper and as a topic maker,and explores how these two experiences affect Mr.Yang's professional development.The fifth chapter is based on the contents of the first three chapters,and draws some thoughts on the way of teachers' professional development.There are four main points to consider: first,the relationship between individual characteristics and teachers' professional development.Secondly,the relationship between critical event and important others and teachers' professional development.Then is therelationship between teachers' personal theory and teachers' professional development.Finally,the relationship between social role and teachers' professional development.The author believes that these four points play a certain role in promoting the professional development of Mr.Yang,making him an excellent language teacher.
