Research On Poverty Alleviation Present Situation Of Characteristic Sports Town And Sports Poverty

With the 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has made considerable improvement.In terms of poverty alleviation,China has also made great achievements in poverty alleviation.China's poor population dropped from 250 million in 1978 to 30.46 million in 2017.The country has made great achievements in poverty alleviation and prosperity.However,the problem of poverty also is serious in China,with more than 30 million residents living below the poverty line.Their food and clothing problems have yet to be fully solved,so China's road to poverty alleviation needs to continue firmly.Since the concept of "Characteristic Town" was put forward in Zhejiang province in 2014,the construction of characteristic town has seen a blowout development.With the continuous improvement of the concept,model and experience of Characteristic Towns,various featured towns have been proposed one after another,and the sports town is one of them.According to the local sports advantages,the characteristic sports town can build the spatial living platform integrating sports,leisure,old-age care,health and tourism.The construction of characteristic sports town can optimize the industrial structure,increase the employment population,improve the infrastructure construction of characteristic sports towns,increase the number of leisure sports venues,accelerate the construction of characteristic sports town culture,preserve and inherit the intangible cultural heritage of characteristic sports town,improve the development of tourism industry,attract tourists to increase the tourism income of characteristic sports town,provide a better pension environment for the residents of featured sports town,and finally achieve the goal of poverty alleviation with featured sports town.This article firstly makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of the status quo of poverty alleviation in China's eastern,central and western regions construction characteristic sports town as an example through the literature review of Chinese and foreign characteristics on the construction of sports town.The article selects the number and variation of the poor,regional GDP and per capita GDP every year,the number of low,the industrial structure,investment in fixed assets and fiscal expenditure as the main data,and uses logic analysis and comparative method to analyze the effect of before and after the construction of characteristic sports town sports poverty alleviation problem situation.The results show that the construction of characteristic sports towns is conducive to the improvement of regional culture,leisure,old-age care,health and tourism development,which can well realize the poverty alleviation of sports.At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
