China Table Tennis Club Super League(hereinafter referred to as "Table Tennis Super League")is an important sports event in China,which has advantages in a wide range of mass base,high-level athletes,etc.,but there are still many problems in its industrialization and marketization.In order to further explore the internal laws and connections of the market operation of the clubs in the Table Tennis Super League,enhance the competitiveness of the League industry,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the industrial organization of the table Tennis Super League by using the methods of literature,logic and home visiting under the SCP analysis framework of modern industrial organization theory The existing problems of the Super League,and seek expert advice to develop a development strategy suitable for the characteristics of the Table Tennis Super League.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Based on the analysis of the market structure of the Table Tennis Super League,the author thinks that the market structure of the Table Tennis Super League is multi oligopoly market,which is manifested in the high concentration of achievements,the unbalanced allocation of athletes' resources,the accumulation of super athletes and first-class athletes in the well funded Club,except for the clubs with better achievements in Ningbo,Luneng and Beijing,the production of other clubs There is little difference in products,insufficient competitive power,and strong institutional barriers in and out of the market.(2)Through the analysis of the market behavior of the Table Tennis Super League,it is believed that the clubs of the Table Tennis Super League mainly pursue the maximization of the industrial profits and improve the industrial competitiveness through ticket pricing behavior,improving product quality behavior,club packaging behavior,sales service behavior and organization regulation behavior.(3)Based on the analysis of the market performance of the Table Tennis Super League,the author thinks that in recent years,the income of the players of the Table Tennis Super League is increasing year by year,the income of the clubs is not good,most of the clubs cannot make ends meet;the attendance rate is low;the product competitiveness among the clubs of the Table Tennis Super League is insufficient;the Table Tennis Super League has actively carried out the reform in the competition rules,but there are still imperfect policies and systems Unreasonable structure.(4)Based on the analysis of market structure,the author thinks that there are some problems in Table Tennis Super League,such as too strong administrativeintervention,unclear property rights,high achievement concentration,insufficient competition competitiveness,unbalanced regional structure and so on.Based on the analysis of market behavior,the author thinks that there are some problems in Table Tennis Super League,such as imperfect policy system,lack of market behavior supervision mechanism,etc.Based on the analysis of market performance,the author thinks that there are some problems in Table Tennis Super League,such as the lack of club culture,the lack of marketing strategy,the imperfection of transfer system,the instability of home court,the imperfection of player coach income system,the nonstandard function of marketing department,the lack of market management talents,the low quality of products and services,etc.(5)Based on the market structure of Table Tennis Super League,this paper puts forward some relevant strategies,such as separating government from enterprises,making clear rights and responsibilities,improving competition quality,attaching importance to the cultivation of reserve talents,balancing regional competition structure,optimizing industrial structure,and creating new industrial forms.Based on the market behavior of Table Tennis Super League,this paper puts forward some relevant strategies,such as improving the rules and regulations of Table Tennis Super League,establishing an effective supervision mechanism of market behavior,enriching the competition means of Table Tennis Super League and standardizing its market behavior.Based on the market structure of Table Tennis Super League,this paper puts forward some relevant strategies,such as focusing on the consumer market,releasing the public demand,improving the income distribution system of players and coaches,improving the market efficiency of Table Tennis Super League,standardizing the functions of marketing departments,and improving the cultivation mechanism of management talents.
