In recent years,with the development of China's economy and the support of national policies,the cause of education has developed by leaps and bounds.Secondary vocational education,as an important part of the national education system,has also exported a large number of excellent talents in the process of the country's high-quality development.The country pays more and more attention to the development of vocational education,but a series of problems also appear.Society is generally accepted that secondary vocational students learning,the ideology and moral character and behavior of the comprehensive quality is not high,compared with ordinary education has better than vocational education students,and more and more good education resources and teachers also tend to be general secondary education,general education and vocational education gap is bigger,it is widely believed that students from primary to junior high school,then college is the right path of growing up,and to receive vocational education is regarded as "losers".Social prejudices and "poor students" do exist in the secondary vocational education,the education teaching management,and other aspects of the problem,secondary vocational students has also been labeled as a "difference",coupled with the secondary vocational student in adolescence,most of the students' lack of awareness of self,not the correct study manner,the lack of corresponding learning objectives,not using the proper learning methods,to their own lack of confidence,at the same time can't get social recognition,are more likely to deepen the student to the self denial,and think you have accomplished nothing,pessimism and despair on their psychology,secondary vocational student's learning self-efficacy is low.In this paper,questionnaire survey and interview were used as research methods.Students of grade 2016,grade 2017,grade 2018 and grade 2019 of hotel service major in a secondary professional school of Tai'an City were taken as research objects.According to the self-efficacy scale of learning and the four dimensions of self-efficacy of learning by bian yufang of east China normal university,Hard feeling,ability feeling,environmental sense,sense of control,to analyze the students' learning self-efficacy status quo,and may cause analysis and investigation on the result of this phenomenon,according to the results of the survey and bandura self-efficacy theory puts forward the factors that affect students' learning self-efficacy,external factors from the view point of school,family and society,from the students subjective internal factors into consideration,it summarized as five factors: the student direct experience,vicarious experience of students,learning attribution,learning goal setting and emotional arousal level.Based on this,the measures to improve the self-efficacy of learning are given,including stimulating the learning motivation and enhancing the sense of effort;Increase successful experience,strengthen ability sense;Create a learning situation,optimize the sense of environment;Guide the learning behavior and improve the sense of control.Through the research and analysis of this paper,it is hoped that it can improve the self-efficacy of hotel service major students in secondary vocational schools and provide reference for schools and teachers to improve classroom teaching.
