Research On The Guarantee Mechanism Of Professional Development Of Secondary Vocational Guidance Teachers

Vocational guidance has always been an important part of vocational education.As the basic work of vocational schools,it plays an important role in the sustainable development of students,schools and society.As the main force in the implementation of vocational guidance,the professional development level of teachers has an important impact on the development and implementation of vocational guidance.However,at present,vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools have not received enough attention,which is mainly reflected in the lack of effective guarantee for the sustainable development of vocational guidance teachers in vocational schools and the lack of corresponding guarantee mechanism,which seriously affects the professional development of vocational guidance teachers.Therefore,in order to better promote the professional development of vocational guidance teachers,it is necessary to establish the corresponding professional development guarantee mechanism,which is of great significance to improve the professional development level of vocational guidance teachers.This study focuses on the research direction of "professional development guarantee mechanism of vocational guidance teachers",and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to investigate and study the professional development guarantee mechanism of vocational guidance teachers.Firstly,in the early stage of the study,relevant materials were collected,sorted out and analyzed by means of literature,and relevant theories on the guarantee mechanism of professional development of vocational guidance teachers were mastered,laying a foundation for the subsequent research.Second,in the middle of the study selected the four secondary vocational schools in shandong province as the research object,one of 120 on a questionnaire survey of the vocational guidance teacher,on 12 vocational guidance teachers to carry on the depth interview,through the system in-depth investigation,the current secondary vocational school career guidance teachers' professional development safeguard mechanism had certain understanding and grasp,to analyze the problems existing in the safeguard mechanism provides the data support.Again,this study used SPSS and Excel software has carried on the quantitative analysis to the questionnaire,such as using Nvivo software has carried on the qualitative analysis,to interview to tease out the current problems existing in the vocational guidance teacher professional development safeguard mechanism,and probes into the problems existing in the cause analysis,further lay a foundation for the construction of guarantee mechanism and perfect.Finally,on the basis of preliminary preparation,investigation and analysis,the professional development guarantee mechanism of vocational guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools,including organizational management mechanism,evaluation mechanism,resource guarantee mechanism and information feedback mechanism,is constructed and improved,and the guarantee measures supporting the good operation of the guarantee mechanism are proposed.To promote the professional development of vocational guidance teachers,so as to promote the smooth development of vocational guidance work.
