Teacher-student relationship is the most important and basic relationship in the school life of mobility children.The study on the school adaptation of mobility children is the concrete manifestation of educational equity and care.The teacher-student relationship has a certain influence on the school adaptation of mobility children.Therefore,this research took mobility children as the research object,analyses the group characteristics and law of development,the relationship between teachers and students of the school to adapt to the present situation and the influence to school adaptation,and on the basis of the results of the analysis,put forward some constructive suggestions,in order to provide reference data for further research,to improve the quality of the relationship between teachers and students,targeted to improve the present situation of the mobility children' school life and learning,really to help the mobility children to have higher levels of school adaptation.The study used methods of questionnaire,literature and SPSS statistical.And “the questionnaire on student evaluation of teacher-student relationship” and “school adaptive behavior scale of primary and secondary school students” were used as research tools.Two randomly selected primary and secondary schools in Jinan city with a proportion of more than 50% migrant children were investigated and studied.The following conclusions were drawn:1.In terms of the characteristics of teacher-student relationship,there are significant differences in grade distribution among the four dimensions of teacher-student relationship of mobility children: intimacy,attachment,conflict and avoidance,without gender difference;The teacher-student relationship of mobility children can be divided into two types: contradiction and conflict.The type of teacher-student relationship has significant difference in grade distribution,while the type of teacher-student relationship has no gender difference.2.Difference analysis of teacher-student relationship between mobility children and local children: there are significant differences between mobility children and local children in the dimensions of intimacy,and the scores of the dimensions of intimacy of mobility children are lower than that of local children.3.Analysis of school adaptation differences between mobility children and local children: there is no significant difference in school adaptation between mobility children and local children.4.Characteristics of school adaptation of mobility children: the dimensions of social ability and antisocial behavior show significant differences at grade level,while there is no difference at gender level.5.Relationship between teacher-student relationship and school adaptation of mobility children: grade,intimacy and avoidance have a significant positive impact on school adaptation;intimacy and attachment have significant negative influence on antisocial behavior;intimacy has a significant positive influence on the dimension of social competence.The conflict-type and conflict-type teacher-student relationship will also have a significant negative impact on school adaptation.
