Under the background of digital age,modern media art has been applied in all fields of the society,which has not only changed people's lives,but also is changing the educational environment.As an emerging force,modern media art is fostering the boom of fine arts teaching day by day,which greatly expands the space of fine arts education and adds the teaching content of fine arts featuring epochal,diversified and unique.The infusion of modern media art into fine arts curriculum in general high school aims to broaden students' artistic vision,improve their accomplishments in core disciplines of fine arts,and cultivate both media and vision quality which are required surviving in the 21 th century.In terms of the current situation of fine arts education,the learning status of modern media art at the stage of high school is not satisfactory: the available courses are few,the teaching contents is fragmented,appreciation gives way to technique,the teaching method is rigid and the overall teaching effect is not desirable.In light of the above-mentioned problems,the thesis attempts to apply the concept of unit teaching design to modern media art curriculum and teaching in general high school and study how the idea of unit teaching can be employed to integrate teaching contents,set teaching goals,choose teaching methods and formulate teaching evaluation,which all form the key research points of the thesis and also make the novelty of the thesis.Through the introduction of unit teaching concept and teaching practice,the thesis strives to make the teaching objective clearer,the teaching content more optimized,the teaching method more suitable,the teaching evaluation more perfect,and the students' ability more comprehensive.The thesis consists of three key parts:The first part is investigation stage of the present situation.To understand the current situation of modern media art curriculum and teaching in general high school,mainly through the ways of reading through documents,studying the Fine Arts Curriculum Standard of General High School(2017 edition),and carrying out questionnaire survey among students.It aims to explore an appropriate solution by analyzing the results of the investigation and research.The second part is the theoretical research stage.Based on the unit teaching concept,it designs the content of modern media art course for general high school fine arts,put forward the unit teaching design scheme of modern media art and lays a theoretical foundation for teaching practice.The third part is the teaching practice stage,which applies the unit teaching design scheme of modern media art which is formed during theoretical stage to teaching practice.Through teaching evaluation,to test its effect in improving high school students' reading ability,imagination ability,aesthetic judgment,creation and expression ability of modern media art,cooperation ability,accomplishments in vision and media,and etc.It is intended to provide enlightenment and reference for the smooth operation and long-term development of modern media art teaching in general high schools in China.
