The launching ceremony of the China Small Basketball League was held in Beijing in December 2017.The main body is the China Basketball Association.During the launching ceremony,the "Little Basketball" development plan was officially launched,and the "Basketball Rules" reviewed and formulated by the China Basketball Association were also released.This has promoted the development of small basketball in China.In the same year,the Ministry of Education of China vigorously promoted characteristic basketball schools across the country,and the development of campus basketball entered a new level.The small basketball project is a basketball promotion plan for children and adolescents under the age of12.The competition age groups are: u8,u10,and u12 groups,mainly to adapt to the stage development characteristics of children and adolescents,reduce the difficulty of participation,and attract more children and adolescents to participate Among them,promote the comprehensive and healthy development of its body and mind,and cultivate more basketball reserve talents for China.The development of small basketball requires the support of the campus and the strong support of the education administration.This study selects the appropriate teaching system of the u8-stage small basketball as the research object,and surveys the three levels of schools,teachers,and students to analyze the current u8-stage There are problems in teaching,and the conception of the construction of a suitable teaching system for the u8-stage is proposed.It is hoped to provide solid countermeasures and theoretical basis for the suitable teaching system of the u8-stage small basketball.This article uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,combing statistical method,field survey method to investigate and analyze the status of the u8-stage small basketball teaching system,and from the teaching goals,teaching methods,teachingcontent,teaching evaluation,The field equipment,teachers and other aspects of research,the results show that:(1)The u8-stage small basketball teaching goals cannot be unified and the teaching goals are not clearly defined;the teaching content is one-sided and not rich enough to meet the current u8-student's learning needs;the teaching method is traditionally single and it is not able to integrate traditional teaching methods Combining innovation with modern teaching methods;lack of a scientific and scientific teaching evaluation method,which is inconsistent with modern educational theory.(2)According to the survey of u8-stage students,with the widespread development of small basketball,it has attracted more u8-stage students to participate,and has a strong motivation for learning small basketball.However,due to the lack of basketball class hours in the school's u8-stage,improper arrangements of physical education courses have prevented students from systematically mastering technology and developing game capabilities.(3)Schools equipped with basketball court equipment and facilities basically meet the standards,but their specifications conflict with the age characteristics of students in the u8 stage,which is not conducive to the participation of u8-stage students in learning,and there is a shortage of equipment suitable for u8-stage students to learn basketball.(4)Insufficient number of physical education teachers,lack of professional small basketball teachers,lack of supervision by competent authorities,little training,training and assessment of teachers,and lack of corresponding incentives and incentives,which has a great impact on physical education reform.(5)The educational environment that emphasizes learning and light body influences the development of u8-stage basketball teaching.There are fewer u8-stage small basketball games and small basketball activities between schools,and the lack of communication between u8-stage smallbasketball teaching is not conducive to it.Development of small basketball.Aiming at the above research basis,according to the problems in the current situation of the u8-stage small basketball teaching in Jinan City,the following suggestions are made:(1)Scientifically set the u8-stage small basketball teaching goals,formulate unified teaching materials for basketball,enrich the u8-stage teaching content,integrate innovative and appropriate teaching methods,and establish and improve a correct evaluation system.(2)Optimize the allocation of resources and increase the standardization of suitable equipment and facilities for teaching.Relevant departments allocated special funds to allocate suitable small basketball racks for schools,purchase small basketballs,improve small basketball courts,and improve the safety factor of teaching.(3)Strengthen the competent department's supervision over the facilities and teaching of small basketball,and take measures to include the small basketball in the main content of the winter training and summer camps for u8-stage students,and promote the development of u8-stage small basketball.(4)Strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,encourage physical education teachers to continue to receive education and training,establish a reward mechanism,and encourage physical education teachers to conduct u8-stage basketball teaching and research.(5)Actively carry out u8-stage small basketball fun games on campus,actively participate in inter-school small basketball games,and regularly conduct u8-stage small basketball teaching and academic exchanges with other schools.
