Football is hailed as "the world's first sport" and is deeply loved by the Chinese people.It is of great significance to improve the physical fitness of the people,enrich the cultural life of the people,and promote the spirit of patriotism.Youth is the hope and future of Chinese football,and it is related to the development of football in China."Physical and Health Standards"(2011 edition)pointed out: In the physical education of schools,students should follow the teaching rules,follow the teaching rules,carry out targeted teaching innovation and reform,and motivate students to learn sports and health courses.Football is one of the main textbooks of physical education in middle schools.In football teaching activities of middle school physical education,selecting appropriate teaching methods is conducive to cultivating students' interest and improving the quality and effect of middle school physical education football teaching.This research takes Jinan Shandong Experimental Middle School second-year students as experimental research objects,and uses literature data method,teaching experiment method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to carry out experimental teaching research on football in Jinan Shandong Experimental Middle School.It provides a theoretical basis for the reform of the teaching method of physical education in middle schools in Jinan,and enriches the teaching method of football in physical education in middle schools in Jinan.Through research,this article studies the impact of teaching methods on junior high school football teaching on students 'physical fitness,the impact on students' basic technical level,the impact on students 'strategic and tactical consciousness level,the impact on teaching effects,and the students' creative thinking.Several aspects were discussed,and various data were obtained after a round of teaching experiments.The data were statistically analyzed and processed to obtain the following experimental conclusions: The "understanding teaching method" mobilized students' enthusiasm for participating in football matches,and the "understanding teaching method" Focus on results feedback,"understanding teaching method" breaks the conventional teaching method.In the end,we draw some enlightenments based on the development of students,creating a good learning competition situation,clarifying the leading position of students,and giving play to the leading role of teachers.
