Nowadays the education vigorously advocates "learning to learn" and "teaching for not teaching",which means that teaching is not only the imparting of knowledge,but also the cultivation of students' ability."Teaching for migration" has been a goal and focus of modern education for a long time.As the focus of mathematics teaching in high school,function is also one of the main lines of mathematics knowledge in high school.It occupies an important position.Applying the transfer theory to the teaching of function conforms to the needs of the new curriculum reform,which can promote the realization of educational objectives and help to cultivate students' mathematical literacy.Therefore,combining the transfer theory with the status quo of the function transfer ability in senior high school,this dissertation carries out a specific study.At first,this dissertation expounds the background,purpose,significance and method of the problem research.Through consulting relevant materials and using the method of literature analysis,this dissertation gives a normative explanation to the related concepts such as "transfer" and "function transfer ability ".At the same time,the author combed the research status of transfer ability at home and abroad,elaborated the position of function in middle school mathematics and the level division of function transfer ability.The author also analyzes the subject and objective factors that influencing function transfer ability.Secondly,the author analyzes the current situation of the senior one students' function transfer ability through questionnaires and the data in students' test.Based on the results,the author analyzes the reasons for the senior one students' weak function transfer ability in the aspects of teachers,students and curriculum through interviews and classroom observation.Lastly,combining the current situation of functional teaching with the relevant theories of transfer,this dissertation puts forward the corresponding training countermeasures in three aspects of students,teachers and curriculum based on the current situation and reasons of the weak transfer ability of senior-one students.On the basis of survey results,front-line mathematics teachers tend to neglect the cultivation of students' transfer ability in the actual teaching of functions.This present situation is influenced by the orientation of the college entrance examination and their own quality,which makes some students' understanding and mastery of functions not deep enough and still remains in shallow application.This dissertation puts forward the requirements for students from improving learning methods and correcting learning attitudes.This dissertation studies the implementation of transfer theory in function teaching in the aspects of classroom introduction,teaching process and classroom summary.Besides,this dissertation puts forward reasonable suggestions in the aspects of changing teachers' concepts,adjusting the content and sequence of function teaching materials,hoping to provide a reference scheme for front-line teachers so as to achieve the educational purpose of cultivating students' transfer ability.
