Study On Rural Social Network And Its Influence On Residential Land Exit

With the rapid development of urbanization,the scale of rural labor transfer is increasing,rural residential land resources are seriously idle,inefficient utilization and other problems are increasingly prominent,which hinder the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Since China first proposed to carry out the pilot work of rural residential land system reform in 2015,how to steadily promote the rural residential land system reform and guide rural residents to voluntarily withdraw from the residential land has attracted much attention.In the field investigation,the research group found that there are obvious differences in the exit situation of some villages under the same rural residential land reform system and implementation standards.As a traditional relational society,the operation of social relations is inseparable from daily actions,especially in the vast rural areas,The social and economic behavior of farmers is deeply influenced by social network.At present,the rural social structure is constantly changing,and there are many changes in the rural social network,so the traditional relationship network research has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the current real environment.It is the realistic basis of residential land exit behavior that farmers are in a relationship society.What is the impact of rural social network on residential land exit,how different relationship types affect the effect of residential land exit in villages,and how to use social network to promote the implementation of residential land exit will be new areas worthy of discussion in the future.Based on the social network theory,this study summarizes the social network and its impact on land use behavior.Firstly,combined with the reality of rural environment in China,the characteristics of current rural social relations are identified.From the overall network level,the rural social network is divided into emotional relationship network,political relationship network and economic relationship network based on the relationship perspective.The rural social network system is constructed,and the measurement index system of rural social network is established.Secondly,based on the rural relationship network system,combined with the relationship data obtained from the field survey of all farmers in two natural villages in Yujiang District of Jiangxi Province,the factor analysis of rural social network is carried out,and the measurement index model of rural social network is obtained.Finally,by measuring the dimensions and overall index values of social network of different natural villages,combined with the analysis of the difference of residential land exit effect of each village,this paper studies the influence of different dimensions of relationship network on residential land exit,provides practical countermeasures and theoretical basis for residential land exit under the influence of rural social network in the new era.The results show that: in the process of implementing the rural residential land exit reform,the rural social network is closely related to the effect of residential land exit;the emotional relationship network with the closest interaction of kinship and neighborhood has a positive impact on residential land exit;the political relationship network with higher degree of political participation and political mutual trust also has a positive impact on residential land exit;and the emerging economic relationship network with the interaction of co-operative relationship,loan relationship and helper relationship can not be ignored.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for rural residential land exit under the influence of rural social network: take the village as the carrier,promote the construction of local traditional culture,provide emotional and resource guarantee for farmers’ residential land exit;actively promote grass-roots mass autonomy,enhance farmers’ political participation,eliminate farmers’ doubts about the implementation of residential land exit policy;strengthen farmers’ livelihood In order to promote the development of rural areas,it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation between industry and life,expand the new social network,reduce the economic risk of farmers in the process of homestead withdrawal,plan and utilize the homestead,improve the village living environment,build a harmonious social environment and help rural revitalization.
