| Under the background of the new economic era of globally political,economic and cultural integration,there are few countries where only the teaching staff of public universities and colleges undertakes the great task of higher education.The joint development of both private and public higher education institutions is the inevitable path for higher educational development.At present,China's investment in public educational resources has not fully kept up with the requirements of market-oriented economy and social development for talents.Public educational resources cannot fully meet the multi-level demands of our society and the public.The introduction of the self-funded pattern of private universities and colleges has changed the mode and structure of national higher education guided by the government educational sectors under the planned economic system,which effectively promoted the development of Chinese education by means of the marketization of higher education.However,with the rapid development of private higher education in China,the teacher turnover in private higher education institutions is becoming apparent.The teacher turnover would hinder the development of private higher education and teaching career,which could result in series of problems.Therefore,to conduct private higher education properly,there must be an excellent and stable faculty in private higher education system.Taking the teaching faculty of private universities and colleges in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,this paper employs the methods of literature research,data analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the obtained survey data carefully.By defining the relevant concept of the teacher turnover in private universities and colleges in Heilongjiang Province and organizing relevant literatures and data about private universities and colleges in Heilongjiang Province,this study analyzes the main factors-including the external environment,the internal management of institutions and the faculty members themselves--of the outflow of teaching staff in private universities and colleges in Heilongjiang Province.On this basis,it analyzes the reasons for the teacher turnover in private higher education institutions in Heilongjiang Province and puts forward a series of scientific and targeted opinions and suggestions,such as creating an external environment for teachers development,strengthening the management of private higher education institutions and improving teachers' capacity,etc.,so as to provide a useful reference for the cultivation of human resource managers in private higher education system,the solutions of the teacher turnover in private universities and colleges,and the increasingly mature and vigorous development of private education in Heilongjiang Province. |
