Comprehensive development is a new challenge for students' education in the new period.As an important position for students' education and cultivation,the school class has become the main breakthrough for the overall development of students.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly emphasized that the great revitalization of the Chinese nation needs to be supported by the construction of a powerful education,and requested that the education career can be placed at the priority of national construction and development,and a modern education that is in line with the needs of the people should be built.The growth and development of junior school students plays a vital role in developing our society and even elevating comprehensive strength of our nation.Through the relevant practice,the implementation of the self-management of the junior high school students can effectively promote the self-management ability of the junior high school students so as to promote all-round development of students.Therefore,it is quite important to explore the self-management and optimization strategies of the students in junior high.Researching on class self-management and optimization strategy of junior high school students can not only enrich the related theories of the class self-management in junior high,but also provide corresponding reference for the implementation of class self-management.It is also beneficial to promote the all-round development of students.Based on this,this paper collects the relevant data of class self-management by means of literature method,which provides a good theoretical basis for this paper.On this basis,taking X Junior High as an example and adopting the method of questionnaire and interview,this paper studies the current situation of class self-management of X Junior High from two aspects of students and teachers and analyzes the shortcomings of the present situation.The problems existing in class independent management mainly include: students have low satisfaction with class self-management;students have low participation in class self-management;the headmaster has a poor understanding of class self-management;the headmaster does not attach importance to the implementation of class self-management and the low degree of class self-management,etc.,and the main causes of these problems are divided into two aspects.On the level of students,they lack of the consciousness of participation in class management,enthusiasm of participating in class self-management is not high and the students lack of a correct understanding of class self-management.On the level of the headmaster,the problems are mainly manifested as the influence of traditional ideas and the lack of reasonable and effective ways of class management.Based on this,starting from the objectives,contents and the requirements of class management,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies: establishing the target system of self-participating class management;constructing organizational model of self-participating class management;creating activity platform of self-participating class management;establishing the system of self-participating class management;perfecting the evaluation mechanism of self-participating class management;guiding students to reflect on the strategies and suggestions to realize self-progress in order to provide a strong reference for the realization of class self-management in the future.
