Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Cultivating High School Sports Specialty Students

With the continuous development of school sports in our country,colleges and universities have cultivated a large number of outstanding sports talents for the society.High school sports specialty students are an important source of college sports talents.Therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to the training of high school sports specialty students.In this paper,373 students and 31 physical education teachers of four high schools in R county were selected as the investigation objects,and literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method were adopted to investigate and analyze the current situation of the training of high school physical education students in R county,so as to put forward reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions for the current situation of the training.Research results show that there are still many problems in the training of sports specialty students in R county.Senior physical education students to participate in the training time late,in the face of the college entrance examination physical examination,pull out the seedlings to encourage eager to succeed,is not conducive to the physical and mental development of students;County in the enrollment only according to the results of cultural classes in the enrollment,many junior high school sports students because of poor academic performance and unable to continue to receive training in high school;Sports specialty students cultural performance deviation,the majority of sports specialty students training objectives clear,cultural learning objectives are not clear;With ordinary living in the same class study,classroom performance,poor ability of literacy class teacher for its lack of attention,lead to many sports special immortal academic is a lack of confidence and motivation,even tired of learning ideas,each of the three sports special immortal in a lot of people because of academic grades didn't pass the PE line lead to fewer sports double crossed the line,not admitted to the university;Schools and counties do not pay attention to sports training,training sites,equipment single backward,sports teacher training subsidies,resulting in many coaches training enthusiasm is not high,dealing with training support,seriously affecting the effect of sports specialty students training.countermeasures and Suggestions: Schools should improve the system of training sports special immortal and time arrangement,the use of their spare time or other time increase the number of sports special immortal,the county should be aware of the importance of school physical education,improve the system of sports special immortal the effects,to the excellent sports talent a chance to enter high school,to improve physical education teacher training,strengthen the requirements of physical education teachers,monitor the training plan and training of the physical education teachers,the students at the same time,the training effect of the college entrance examination on-line toll linked to PE teachers' performance,thus improve the coaches training enthusiasm;Academic teachers and coaches for sports special immortal academic,and the problems in the sports training communicate more,to improve students' learning and training,set up the correct academic goals and sports training goal,the county to increase capital input to the construction of sports facilities,strengthen the construction and management of school equipment,meet the demand of sports special immortal training so as to cultivate more excellent sports talent.
