Group Work Involved In The Practical Exploration Of Community Integration Of Youth Migrants

With the development of economy progress,industrialization and urbanization have become the characteristics of our times.A large number of rural people come to cities and residents from less developed areas come to developed areas to seek more development opportunities and change their fate.The arrival of the floating population injects a strong development impetus into the progress of the city and brings abundant human resources.However,it also causes many social problems and hinders the modernization process of our country to some extent.The urban community is the transitional station for the social integration of the floating population and the social place most closely connected with their life.At the same time,urban community is the epitome of the whole society.Whether the floating population can integrate into the community and live happily in the community will determine whether they can integrate into the society smoothly and further affect the harmony and stability of the community.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study,discuss and analyze how to realize community integration of floating population.This paper takes X community in futian district of shenzhen city as the background and the floating youth population in the community as the research object.Firstly,the author combed the domestic and foreign research literature on community integration of floating population,especially young floating population,so as to provide theoretical guidance for this research.Secondly,the author integrated use of questionnaire and semi-structured interview,observation and other methods,from the youth mental status,the floating population to participate in community public affairs,social interactions,needs,meet the conditions,the attitude and evaluation of community five dimensions,and analysis the X community youth community into the basic situation of the floating population,found the youth in the community into the problems existing in the process of the floating population,and from two aspects:individual and community,and probes into the causes of trouble.Thirdly,the author makes a detailed analysis of the group carried out by X community to promote the integration of floating youth into the community,including the development of group activities,the performance of group members and changes before and after,and then discusses the role of group work in promoting the integration of floating population into the community.Finally,based on the previous field research and research analysis,the author raised to the community level,and put forward improvement methods and Suggestions.First,in the service aimed at the young floating population,we should straighten out the role relationship of each main body in the community and highlight the core position of the young floating population.Second,comprehensive use of professional methods of social work to provide quality services for the young mobile population.Third,we should give full consideration to the differences among the floating youth population and provide diversified services.
