Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Professional Teachers In Nanchang JZ Educational School

In recent years,with the increasing investment in education,the educational training market in our country has developed rapidly,and the educational training institutions have been growing rapidly.However,due to the characteristics of off-campus training institutions,the social environment,the cultural atmosphere of enterprises and other factors,many training institutions are facing many problems such as brain drain and shortage of teachers,which will undoubtedly do great harm to the development of institutions.Obviously,the imperfection of the incentive mechanism is one of the important reasons leading to a series of problems.Therefore,in order to stabilize the teaching staff,enhance the enthusiasm of professional teachers and promote the healthy and sustainable development of schools,it is of great significance to establish an effective incentive mechanism for professional teachers in training institutions.In this paper,the motivation theories such as hierarchy of needs theory,ERG theory and two-factor theory are used to study and discuss the current motivation mechanism of the professional teachers in Nanchang JZ education school by using the methods of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.This paper puts forward supplementary and improvement suggestions and gives specific strategies to improve the incentive mechanism of teachers on the basis of school's actual circumstances,which will more effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,improve the competitiveness of the school,better meet the needs of the continuous development and expansion of Nanchang JZ Educational School,and promote the sustainable development of the school.
