At present,China's higher education is in a critical period of transformation from a big education country to a strong country.Optimizing the regional layout of China's colleges and universities,promoting the connotative development of higher education,and improving the level and quality of higher education in the central and western regions of China have become an important "shortcoming" of building a strong education country content.To further revitalize higher education in the central and western regions and coordinate the development of regional higher education,Ministries and provinces jointly build colleges and universities to build 2-3 preponderant discipline serve the superior industries of local economic and social development through the construction of preponderant discipline,and promote the interaction between preponderant discipline and characteristic industries and superior industries.Therefore,researching the ability and level of the preponderant discipline of the provincial and provincial joint universities to serve local characteristic industries and advantageous industries,and focusing on evaluating the social contribution of the preponderant discipline is an important basis for investigating the construction effects of the joint universities of the province and province,and becoming important topics for research the construction of the ministry-province co-sponsorship universities.As a high-level form of disciplinary development,preponderant discipline are more forward-looking,characteristic and practical than other disciplines.Paying attention to the construction of dominant disciplines,on the one hand,plays a decisive role in improving the level of colleges and universities;on the other hand,it is to improve the key factor in the overall level of education development in China.The evaluation of dominant disciplines has a guiding role and is of great significance for the construction of "hard environment" and "soft environment" such as resource allocation of dominant disciplines.The evaluation of social contribution to the preponderant discipline of the joint universities of the provinces and provinces is conducive to driving the intrinsic high-quality development of universities,enhancing the development level of regional higher education,and promoting the development of regional economic and social development.Based on the research of many scholars,construct the evaluation index system of social contribution of the preponderant discipline of the joint universities of the province and province,take the essence,select the indexes that are in line with the objective reality,interconnected and independent,and construct the evaluation indexes that meet the particularity of the joint universities of the province and province system.It is not only a guarantee mechanism for the dynamic adjustment of the implementation of the"Ministry-Province Joint Construction" policy,but also a motivating force for the development of colleges and universities,which provides a reference for guiding the Ministry of Provincial Joint Construction Universities to continuously improve the level of subject development.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the subject evaluation index system at home and abroad,this paper attempts to seek indicators that can reflect the social contribution of preponderant discipline,and constructs a more scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of social contribution of dominant disciplines in universities and provinces through the Delphi method.Relevant experts in the field of education evaluation are the subjects of investigation,to test the rationality of the constructed index system,and finally determine the evaluation index system.On this basis,taking N University and Z University as the evaluation objects,analyzing the status of their social contributions and existing problems,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social contribution level of the preponderant discipline of the joint universities of the province and province.This article is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is an overview of the social contribution evaluation index system of the preponderant discipline of the joint universities of the provinces and provinces.It elaborates the relevant theoretical basis and concepts,and explains the feasibility of the research from the necessity of evaluating the social contribution of the preponderant discipline of the joint universities of the province Sex.The third chapter is the construction of evaluation index system.First of all,through the collection and sorting,the initial construction dimensions of the indicators are for talent training,scientific research,and social services;second,20 experts in related fields are invited to conduct three rounds of expert surveys,and finally determine talent training,scientific research,national cooperation,Evaluation index system of 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 21 third-level indicators for social services;again,the Cronbach ? reliability coefficient is selected to test the evaluation index system,indicating that the constructed index system has reliability;finally,AHP is used to determine the weight of the indicator.Chapter 4 is an empirical analysis.Based on the evaluation index system constructed in Chapter 3,N University and Z University are selected as the evaluation objects,and the collected raw data are nondimensionalization,and a comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the two institutions.The actual status and existing problems of the contribution of the dominant disciplines in universities to the society.The fifth chapter is countermeasure suggestion.According to the questions raised in Chapter 4,we put forward measures to improve the social contribution ability of the preponderant discipline of the joint universities in the provinces and provinces.First,formulate development plans for preponderant discipline and lead the high-quality development of regional socio-economics;second,form a high-level talent training system to cultivate innovative talents with local characteristics and superior industries;third,strengthen talent introduction and cultivation,and build a team that adapts to the "local "A team of disciplines developing preponderant discipline;fourth,optimizing the scientific research environment and improving the ability of independent innovation;fifth,accelerating the transformation and application of scientific research achievements in preponderant discipline,and improving the effectiveness of social services.
