At the fifth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping systematically discussed the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.Equity and justice is an inherent requirement of socialism.Equity in higher education is an important basis for social equity and an important component of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Southwest has important strategic significance in economic and social development in our country,the region's higher education fair problem exists not only in the education fair question the connectivity of the universal,the distinctive features of the region's fair problems at the same time,the region will influence the practice of the national higher education fairness and the realization of build a well-off society in an all-round way.Equity in higher education includes equity in the starting point,process and result of higher education,and involves all aspects of economic and social construction and development.The five development concepts are the important guiding principles of the practice of the 13 th five-year plan,and the practice of equity in higher education is the strategic focus of the 13 th five-year plan.The five development concepts are the important ideological guidance of the practice of equity in higher education,and the equity in higher education provides a broad practice platform for the five development concepts.This paper insists on the basis of Marxist theory,the comprehensive use of pedagogy,statistics related theories,with the five development concepts as the perspective,in the southwest region of higher education equity concepts research,the following education parts.The first part: exclude the background and research significance of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,etc.The second part: the elaboration of the core concepts,the comb of the theoretical point of view and the study of the dialectical relationship.This paper focuses on the views of Marxist classical writers and Chinese Communists on educational equity,and discusses the dialectical relationship between the five development concepts and the practice of equity in higher education.The third part: under the vision of the five development concepts,the author expounds the practice of equity in higher education.Including the overall development situation,the past achievements,the current problems and the analysis of the causes of the problems,for the search for countermeasures.The fourth part: the countermeasure analysis of the practice of equity in higher education in southwest China from the perspective of five development concepts.It is proposed that institutional innovation opens up new ways for practice,resource coordination provides new ideas for practice,green management nurtures new ecology for practice,open mode broadens new horizons for practice,and results sharing brings new expectations for practice.
