As the future and hope of the family,the nation and the country,the physical and mental development of children has been widely concerned by the whole society.In recent years,the continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of the mass media have exerted a subtle influence on children's behavior and physical and mental health.These days,incidents of aggressive behavior in children happen all the time,and every one of them is shocking.As a key period of life,primary school is an important stage of personality cultivation and formation.Aggressive behavior is a behavior problem that often occurs in the process of children's growth and development.If the aggressive behavior is not stopped effectively in the bud,it is easy to appear personality bias,social difficulties and other problems,which will hinder children's life.Therefore,the use of social work perspective to correct children's aggressive behavior,from theory to practice,has a high research value in the present.Based on this background,this paper,with the support of social work theory,studied grade 5 and grade 6 students of H primary school in wu 'an city by comprehensive use of literature method,interview method,observation method and questionnaire method.By means of stratified sampling,120 children were selected,the aggressive behavior scale was used,questionnaires were issued,the status quo of aggressive behavior in children was summarized according to the results,and the causes of aggressive behavior were analyzed.According to the results,three children with high level of aggressive behavior were selected as the service objects,and individualized intervention programs were developed for the service objects to conduct behavior correction,so as to help the service objects to improve their behavior problems and enhance their ability of self-construction and self-development.After the intervention,it was found that the professional method of social work was used to correct the aggressive behavior of the client,which improved the children's own behavior and had a positive effect on the shaping of healthy personality.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this article,and describes the research ideas and methods.And then expounds the study applied to the related concepts and theoretical basis,of wuan H primary school grade five or six years children aggressive behavior analysis of the status of the investigation and the result,summarizes the performance of children aggressive behavior and the production factors,on the basis of the design case work plan,selection of egotism and specific intervention plan is described,using case work method,to provide case practice three egotism.Finally,combining with the practical process,the paper puts forward a summary,Suggestions and reflections.
