Study On Children's Aggressive Behavior Group Work Intervention

Childhood is a critical period of growth and development in a person's life.Behaviors in this period will have an important impact on his life.Due to the children's own personality,improper parental education and external environmental influences,many children show a tendency to abusive,assault and other aggressive behaviors.If such behaviors are not guided and corrected,they will be allowed to develop into adulthood.It has a major impact on personal growth and career development,and serious cases will also lead to violent crimes and other acts,which will have a bad impact on the country and society.Therefore,professional intervention in children with aggressive behaviors is necessary.In this study,10 fifth grade students from S school were selected as the research object to study their aggressive behavior.Using interviews and questionnaires to evaluate children's aggressive behavior,the results show that children with aggressive behavior have problems in parent-child relationship,interpersonal relationship,teacher-student relationship,etc.Aiming at the existing problems,the group 's social work methods are used for practical intervention,and groups for parents and children are designed,and the dual influence of the children and parents groups is used to achieve the corrective effect.On this basis,combined with cognitive behavior theory,system theory,interactive group mode and social learning theory,design targeted group activities related to emotions,parent-child interaction and behavior correction,and set related games.To ensure the intervention effect of children's aggressive behavior.In general,the use of group social work methods to correct children's aggressive behavior problems,while reducing children's aggressive behavior,also allows children to better integrate with the surrounding environment,and effectively improve the relationship between children and parents,change the parents' The education method reduces the breeding of social problems at a certain level.This practice is also an exploration of the social work major in intervening to correct children's aggressive behaviors,which plays a positive role in promoting the development of school social work,turning children's family interactions into benign interactions,and bringing positive impact to the country andsociety.
