After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,its comprehensive national strength has risen dramatically and China has become the second largest economy in the world.At the same time,it has also transformed itself from a traditional agricultural country into a manufacturing country.Although the proportion of agriculture in the national economy has weakened,its strategic position of "securing the world and maintaining the people's livelihood"remains unshakable.In the course of industrialization,the social and economic conditions in our country are antagonistic to the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers"(peasants,rural areas and agriculture)is highlighted.The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the publication of relevant documents for many years and guided by guidelines and policies.By consolidating the foundation of modern agriculture,adjusting and optimizing the agricultural structure,expanding the scale of operation,improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural products and the benefits of farmers.We must give impetus to accelerating the construction of a new type of urbanization and new countryside in order to solve the most crucial issue of surplus rural labor and allow hundreds of millions of peasants to share in the dividends brought about by the reform and development.Internationally,the competition for comprehensive national strength among nations is not based solely on trade but more on the ability of technological innovation.The development of trade rules and the development of innovation and development require the support of a sound educational system in the country,and ultimately by people with scientific and cultural qualities and skills.China's education undertakes reform following social and economic development,thus completing the design at the national level and securing the legal system for the sustained and steady development of China's education.From the proposal of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" to the revision of the "Compulsory Education Law of the People's Republic of China",the formulation and implementation of mid-term and long-term reforms and development plans for all phases of the reform are planned.Now it is even more clear that building a well-off society in an all-round way and building one of the "five in one"strategic plans is a matter of cultural development.For a long time,the backward rural economy in our country led to the lack of investment in educational resources.The shortage of education funds has restricted the development of rural education and hindered the development of rural education.To this end,"Compulsory Education Law"special emphasis on the development of rural education,we must balance the allocation of educational resources and promote education fair.Let the rural children accept the education of their qualities and skills in accordance with the law at all stages of their development and cultivate them to become highly qualified personnel so that a benign movement of the rural population can be formed.The construction of rural education infrastructure is an important part of educational resources and the basic material conditions for rural children to receive education.To firmly grasp the education in rural areas,we must perfect the construction of basic education facilities in rural areas so that hundreds of millions of peasants can become labor with scientific and cultural qualities and skills in order to ensure the coordinated development of agriculture and national economy and to promote the progress of civilization in our society.Based on the study of the educational infrastructure construction in Hebi City from 2006 to 2015,this paper analyzed the economic factors influencing the investment of education funds and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the educational investment structure of Hebi City,so as to promote chinese education into higher level.This article is divided into six parts,partl:Introduction.The research background,the research significance,the research content and the methods are briefly summarized.Part2:Conceptual definition.Part3:The current situation of educational infrastructure construction in Hebi city.Based on the data,this paper analyzed the changes of educational institutions,educational population,education funds and educational infrastructure of Hebi City from 2006 to 2015.Part4:The investment demand of the education infrastructure in Hebi City during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is analyzed and forecasted by establishing a linear regression mode.Part5:the problems and the restrictive factors of rural education infrastructure construction in Hebi city.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of rural education infrastructure in Hebi City,the factors influencing its development and the current situation of rural development in Hebi City.Part6:Suggestions and Countermeasures.The existing problems and constraints were put forward through the analysis of the current situation of rural education infrastructure construction in Hebi City.According to the data model,the countermeasures and suggestions of Hebi city rural education infrastructure construction were summarized to put forward some feasible references for the development of infrastructure construction of Hebi city education,so that the Hebi's education can develop faster and better.
