Due to its abundant and important educational resources and significance,labor education is a vital way to collaborate with the teaching of other subjects to educate people.As the main front of moral education,the Ethics and Rule of Law classroom in junior high schools contains the content of labor education internally,as well as is a key course for the implementation of labor education.Therefore,it's a problem that teachers of junior high school morals and rule of law should think about is how to realize the organic integration of labor education and the curriculum of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools.On the basis of empirical investigation and theoretical research,this paper explores the inadequacy of the integration of labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools and the reasons why it is difficult to integrate,and put forward strategies to promote the integration of labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools.It mainly consists of three parts:The first part: it mainly clarifies the theoretical basis,necessity and feasibility of the integration of labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools.This study believes that the integration of labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools is mainly based on the labor outlook of the classic Marxist writers and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China,as well as the guidance of labor thought contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.It is the need of curriculum reform and innovation of quality-oriented education,the demand of promoting the overall development of junior high school students,the need of cultivating students' core quality and the need to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.Under the support and guidance of relevant national documents and education policies,teachers can combine the education goals of labor education with the teaching goals of the junior high school Ethics and Rule of Law curriculum,and dig deeply into the content of labor education contained in the textbooks,so that labor education can better integrated into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools.The second part: mainly analyzes the status quo,existing problems and reasons of labor education integrated into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools.This study takes teachers and students of three junior high schools in Nanning City as sample survey and interview objects,combines the questionnaire and interview results to specifically analyze the current situation and existing problems of integrating labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools,and makes attributions.The third part: It mainly explores the realistic way of integrating labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools.Based on the existing problems and the analysis of their causes,this study explore the concept,principles and countermeasures of the integration of labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools.The main countermeasures include integrating the content of teaching materials and enriching teaching resources;optimizing teaching methods and integrating inside and outside the classroom;improving teachers' literacy and leading the development of education science;strengthening school management to ensure the effective development of education.Finally,combined with the proposed countermeasures,case analysis is used to show how to integrate labor education into the teaching of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools in classroom teaching practice.
