With the breakthrough and development of“information technology in modern education,teachers begin to pay attention to the integration of information technology and curriculum.Physics is an experiment-based natural science.Experimental teaching plays an irreplaceable role in junior high school physics teaching.Therefore,it is particularly important to integrate information technology with physical experiment teaching better.Virtual simulation technology,as an emerging information technology method,has grown in speed and influence in recent years.It has become a top priority for breakthrough innovation in various industries.More and more educators have regarded it as the first choice of multimedia-assisted teaching into physical experiment teaching,which provides a good opportunity for the reform of physical experiment teaching in junior high school.Firstly,the article defines the relevant concepts of virtual simulation technology and analyzes the current research progress at home and abroad,explores the relevant theoretical foundations,covering constructivism,Vygotsky's recent development zone,Dewey's "learning from practicing",humanism,standards of general high school physics curriculum,and offers the corresponding analysis in actual teaching.Then the article discusses the advantages of virtual simulation applied in experimental teaching,including four aspects which are "creating an intuitive teaching situation","breaking through the limitation of time and space","ensuring the safety of students and avoiding the damage of experimental instruments","being an important supplement to the afterschool consolidation".Combining with the relevant teaching cases,it concludes that virtual simulation technology is more suitable for the new curriculum teaching,exercise class review and students' autonomous learning after class.In the end,the relevant teaching practice is carried out,and the teaching design and analysis of the chapter "measuring the power of small light bulb" of the ninth grade people's education edition are carried out,which is applied to the actual classroom teaching,and the virtual simulation technology software is used to assist the students in the simulation experiment.At the same time,in order to understand the application effect of virtual simulation technology in classroom teaching,this paper investigates the feedback of students after using.Based on result of analysis,that the application of virtual simulation technology in junior high school physical experiment teaching,is liked and approved by the majority of students,which can make classroom teaching more abundant,improve students' interest in learning,save teaching time and reduce teachers' teaching pressure.Virtual simulation technology can enrich teaching situation,promote students' understanding and memory for abstract knowledge points,and improve students' learning efficiency.At the same time,it is conducive to the development of students' subjective initiative,ensuring that students are the main body and.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in virtual simulation technology,and the shortcomings in this study are reflected.
