With the progress of society and the development of economy,the competition in all aspects is more and more fierce.Under this background,the society pays more and more attention to the high quality talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and labor.However,at present,students' physical quality continues to decline,and they cannot learn sports skills,so they have to question school sports.Aimed at the situation analysis of related literature on the subject,in henan province city middle school sports skill teaching,and investigate the factors influencing the students grasp the sports skill,in view of the existing problems,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,let the students in the limited classroom learning more than a sports technology,actively participate in extracurricular sports activities,improve physical quality,develop good exercise habits,sets up the lifelong sports consciousness.In this paper,using literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics and other methods of henan province city middle school sports skill teaching,and to investigate the factors affecting students' sports skill to master,in henan province city junior high school students and PE teachers' questionnaires,recycled for data statistics and logical induction,summary and analysis on the data.The results show that:1.Current situation of sports skill teaching in urban middle schools of henan province :(1)sports skill teaching items mainly include track and field and big ball games,and lack of technical teaching for small ball games,aerobics,gymnastics,traditional ethnic events and emerging events;(2)there are differences between the teaching organization form selected by teachers and the teaching organization form desired by students.Most teachers choose to teach in class,while most students want to teach in separate classes for men and wome;(3)Students' sports skills are mainly acquired through physical education,followed by extracurricular sports activities,recess exercises and other time;(4)students have a general grasp of sports skills,and boys have a better grasp of sports skills than girls;(5)most students are generally satisfied with the learning of motor skills.2.Problems in sports skill teaching in urban middle schools of henan province:(1)lack of autonomy in sports skill teaching content selection;(2)the choice of sports skills teaching program is inconsistent with the needs of students;(3)single organization and form of sports skill teaching;(4)insufficient sports skills teaching environment and facilities;(5)There is a lack of physical training in the teaching of motor skills.3.Internal and external factors that affect students' sports skills in urban middle schools in henan province:(1)the top five external factors are: site equipment,movement difficulty,teacher factors mainly including teachers' professional skills,teaching methods,teaching ability and teaching attitude,extracurricular sports activities,and teacher-student relationship;(2)the top five internal factors are physical quality,original movement experience,confidence,learning will and learning motivation.Conclusion:1.Sports skills teaching items are mainly track and field and big ball;There are differences between the teaching organization form chosen by teachers and that desired by students.;Students' motor skills are mainly acquired through physical education;Students' motor skills are generally mastered;Most students are generally satisfied with the learning of motor skills.2.Problems: lack of autonomy in the teaching content selection of sports skills;The choice of sports skill teaching program is inconsistent with students' needs;The organization and form of sports skill teaching are simple;Insufficient sports skill teaching environment and facilities;There is a lack of physical training in the teaching of motor skills.3.Influencing factors: the top five external factors are venue equipment,movement difficulty,teacher factors,extracurricular sports activities,and teacher-student relationship;The top five internal factors are physical fitness,original movement experience,confidence,learning will and learning motivation.
