In recent years,the "Internet + education" industry has become the capital favored investment outlet.Due to the multiple promotion of technology,market and policy,the online education has developed rapidly.The single traditional education mode has changed to be the interactive and personalized online education one,and make the education mode more diversified.These changes have exerted a great influence on College Students' learning styles and habits.As one of the most active groups among Chinese netizens,college students have a high utilization rate in online learning and application.Therefore,this paper,focusing on the subject of College Students' online education needs and aiming at the relevant factors affecting college students' online learning,has important practical significance to improve the efficiency of online learning,user experience and market share of online education enterprises.This paper,based on the theories of technology acceptance model,technology acceptance and use integration model,investigates and analyses the online learning situation of college students by questionnaire and quantitative analysis,and explores the relevant factors affecting college students using online learning products.Then it puts forward suggestions according to the results of the model.This paper contains five sections,the first part is the introduction,which shows the background and significance,the relevant research literature and research purposes of this study.The second part mainly introduces the concept,characteristics and related theories of online education.The third part is the questionnaire design of College Students' online learning status.Taking full-time college students in Wuhan as the research object,the sampling survey method is adopted to survey900 College students.Among them,790 valid data are obtained.The research and analysis of College Students' online learning behavior is carried out,and the efforts are devoted to excavating the influence of College Students' online learning acquisition.There are many reasons for using behavior.The fourth part is descriptive statistical analysis based on questionnaire data,and uses SPSS and AMOS software to analyze the path between variables.In the fifth part,based on the above analysis and the conclusion of the questionnaire,further suggestions for product improvement are put forward.Empirical research shows that the factors that users,who are college students,care about online learning are course quality,after-class question-answering and communication,convenience of use and payment questions.These four factors are the core factors that directly affect the use of online learning products by college students.The quality of user experience will directly lead to the loss of users.Therefore,making planning and improving around these factors is an important way for online learning platform to build their own core competitiveness.In addition,the type of course,famous speaker and other factors have an impact on the user's willingness to use,but it is not the decisive factor.Therefore,after doing a good job of basic and core elements,other additional factors are urgent to be developed vigorously.Thus Online-Educational Institutions need to create abright spot that can be different from other platforms.In addition to improving the platform products,we also adopt a certain user strategy,targeted to enhance publicity efforts,such as driving new users through old users,and sign-in awards for continuously learn and other activities so that more people can know online learning,then conduct online learning,finally take continuous online learning.By these,we can achieve the goals of tapping potential users and keep existing users.
