Due to the urgent need to strengthen the psychological map research in China,the new curriculum standard requires the emphasis on geographic information technology,the new college entrance examination requires the emphasis on the assessment of map ability,and the map ability is generally valued by all countries,this paper identifies "the research on the psychological map construction of high school students based on Google Earth" as the research topic.In this paper,from the technical level,Google Earth is used to assist teaching,so as to make it an effective means of constructing psychological map.Therefore,the paper is divided into six parts according to the idea of "relationship analysis-current situation investigation-strategy reconstruction"Part one:introduction.By collecting and analyzing the literature related to"psychological map" and "Google Earth",it is found that the cultivation of psychological map is conducive to the implementation of the core quality of geography,the deepening of the application of information technology,the improvement of teaching efficiency and the enhancement of the openness of geography teaching.The research results and existing problems are sorted out from two aspects at home and abroad,the research objectives of the paper are established,and the research route of the paper is constructed according to the ideas of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Part two:theoretical basis and concept definition.From the perspective of psychological map construction,the theoretical basis of this paper mainly includes four theories:geography teaching theory,multiple intelligences theory,constructivism learning theory,geospatial cognition theory and multimedia learning theory.The concept of mental map is defined,that is,after training through a series of steps,stimulating learners from multiple angles and ways,the spatial representation of the world is established in learners' minds.Part three:feasibility and effectiveness analysis.By using the literature research method,starting from the characteristics of mental map and Google Earth,this paper analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of constructing mental map by using Google Earth.The feasibility is as follows:school environment support,the software itself is widely applicable and powerful.The effectiveness is as follows:Google Earth has three advantages:spatial,dynamic and abundant.Part four:investigation status.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the current situation of psychological map construction of the students in grade one of the school where the internship took place.Through the analysis,it is found that the general situation of the construction of psychological map is not optimistic.The specific reasons are as follows:lack of interest in learning,weak geographical foundation,too few total class hours,obsolete methods and media,and no systematic training.Part five:strategy research.In view of the above problems and causes,this paper proposes specific construction strategies for high school students' psychological map based on Google Earth,centering on the four aspects of "input stage-processing stage-output stage-safeguard measures" of psychological map.Among them,the main role of assurance strategy is to ensure the effective development and implementation of specific strategies in the construction stage.In addition,this study is aimed at the implementation of more difficult strategies,combined with specific teaching cases,to enrich the strategies.Part six:conclusion and prospect.The basic conclusions of this paper are summarized from three aspects:the feasibility and effectiveness of using Google Earth to construct psychological maps,the survey status of high school students' psychological maps,and the construction strategies.This paper points out the deficiencies in the current situation analysis and construction strategy,and points out that the following points need to be further studied and expanded:try to use different methods to study the current situation of high school students' psychological map construction,test the construction strategy in the teaching practice,and further enrich the teaching cases matching with the strategy.
