| Over the years,China has continuously launched various education policies at all levels to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.Among them,the high school teachers’ professional development has become one of the key factors in promoting high school education and teaching reforms,together with the upgrading curricula,textbooks,and college entrance examinations.The Master Teachers’ Studio,a study group in high school,aims to promote young teachers’ professional development under the guidance of more senior and professional ones,and at present,it has become an effective way.However,facing the new challenges of current education development and education reform,The Master Teachers’ Studio still need to be improving and optimizing.Based on theoretical research,this study conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews of17 city-level high school teacher studios in H City,and analyzed the data by using SPSS23.0 to test the reliability and validity and conducting exploratory factor analysis.After data analyses,this study found that The Master Teachers’ Studio could be divided into two dimensions: the inward implementation system and the outward orientation system.The professional development of high school teachers can be divided into four factors: professional guidance and leadership,professional knowledge and ability,professional emotion and attitude,professional research and influence.Through data analysis,it was found that there are problems in the professional development of high school teachers based on The Master Teachers’ Studio: lack of professional guidance and leadership mechanisms,mismatch between professional knowledge and abilities,insufficient motivation for professional emotions and attitudes,and weak awareness of professional research and influence.In response to the above issues,from the perspectives of growth planning,radiation guidance,support system,and guarantee measures in the two dimensions of internal implementation system and external orientation system in the renowned teacher studio,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems encountered in the professional development of high school teachers,and proposes solutions.Firstly,clarify the growth plan influenced by the topic;Secondly,the radiating guidance of changing the way of thinking;Thirdly,build a diverse and three-dimensional support system;Fourthly,strengthen the guarantee measures of internal and external integration.This article aims to conduct a research on the professional development of high school teachers based on The Master Teachers’ Studio,in order to examine and analyze the problems that arise in the professional development of high school teachers under the guidance of The Master Teachers’ Studio from a more comprehensive perspective,so that The Master Teachers’ Studio can break through the bottleneck of field development and find a more suitable research and training mode and improvement path for the professional development of high school teachers,And let high school teachers make greater progress from the renowned teacher studio based on their own actual situation. |
