Research On The Socialization Reform Of University Logistics

At present,China is coordinating the promotion of world-class universities and first-class disciplines,and each of the high-correction and strengthening top-level design,continuously deepening reforms,striving to modernize the governance system and governance capacity,and building a modern university system.Among them,logistics reform is an extremely important part.Its value and role in the practice of higher education construction is becoming more and more obvious,and it is urgent to re-architect and analyze with new thinking.This article takes China Academy of Art as an object to deeply discuss the problems in the reform of logistics socialization.Firstly,it collects and organizes relevant literatures related to the socialization reform of colleges and universities at home and abroad,grasps the current development trends and trends of the topic,and briefly describes the theoretical basis of the research.Secondly,it further sorts out the development process of logistics socialization in domestic universities,and summarizes the staged achievements and existing problems of this reform,and analyzes the causes from the perspectives of government,schools and markets.At the same time,the interviews and surveys of teachers and students were designed and implemented for the China Academy of Art.Through the analysis of the survey results,the universality of logistics socialization China Academy of Art was identified according to the socialization process of college logistics.The problem,and summed up the special problems caused by the development of China Academy of Art.These problems are mainly due to the lack of relevant national policy systems,the contradiction between public welfare and marketization,the lack of logistics talents,the single set of logistics agencies,and the random charges for logistics services.Finally,drawing on the experience of logistics socialization at home and abroad,the corresponding solutions are proposed:the government guides the reform process,the university takes into account the differentiated needs,and the logistics standard management mechanism.The biggest significance of this research is to question the enterprise management of the current stage of university logistics through empirical investigation,and give suggestions on returning to government guidance subsidies and centralized management of colleges and universities in combination with domestic and foreign experience,with a view to improving the current logistics of China Academy of Art.The situation,improve the level of logistics services.
