Secondary school period is critical for the development of students'creative tendency.According to Bronfenbrenner's theory of individual psychology development ecosystem(1999),the school is a microscopic system that has a great impact on the psychological development of primaly and secondary school students in addition to the family and has created many aspects for their development.School is also the main place for students to accept social education.As a practitioner of school education,teachers' leadership style plays an important role in education and teaching.Teachers' transformational leadership style refers to the teacher's ability to imitate and learn by demonstrating his personal leadership charm;pay attention to the needs of students and provide help and support;draw a great vision,make students aware of the importance of their responsibilities and tasks,and stimulate their higher levels of need so that they can maximize their potential to achieve the desired behavior.To understand the influence of teachers' transformational leadership style on junior middle school students' creative tendency will promote the cultivation of junior high school students' creative tendency and enhance the effectiveness of teachers' leadership style.In order to explore the impact of teachers' transformational leadership style on junior middle school students' creativity and its mechanism,this study adopts a combination of questionnaires and experiments,through a series of studies to reveal the relationship between the two,and test the mediating effect of goal orientation.This study is divided into two parts:The first part is to study the characteristics of the creative tendency of junior middle school students and the correlation between the teachers' transformational leadership style and the creative tendency of junior high school students.The experiment method was adopted to start the teachers' transformational leadership style through the text material to observe the change of students' creative tendency and determine the causal relationship between them.In the second part,we study the mechanism of target orientation in the influence of teachers 'transformational leadership style on junior middle school students'creative tendency.The following conclusions are drawn from the above research:(1)The creative tendency of junior middle school students is higher in grade one than in grades two and three,but the difference between grade two and grade three is not significant.(2)Teachers' transformational leadership style is positively correlated with the creation tendency of junior middle school students,and has a positive influence on their creative tendency.(3)Learning goal orientation plays a part intermediary role in the relationship between teachers' transformational leadership style and the creative tendency of junior high school students,and there is no significant mediating effect on achievement goal orientation.
