As one of the main forms of “synthesis and practice” in the field of mathematics curriculum standards for compulsory education(2011 edition),the column of “mathematics activities” in the middles school textbook has become an important part of the curriculum reform.”Mathematics activity” is a question-centered inquiry learning activity.Carry out the teaching of“mathematics activity” column is of great significance,which can not only promote the effective implementation of the course concept,but also improve the students' mathematical literacy and promote the overall development of students.However,in recent years,there has been no systematic research on “mathematics activity”.There is a contradiction between the effectiveness of the teaching of “mathematics activity” and the lack of relevant research on “mathematics activity”.This study attempts to explore the understanding of the column of“mathematics activity”,study the teaching effect of the column of “mathematics activity”,and provide some references and suggestions for the teaching practices of the column of “mathematics activity”.This research adopts literature analysis,divide the teaching effect of“mathematics activity” column for mathematics operation ability and mathematics emotional attitude two dimensions,and document “mathematics activity” eighth or ninth grade knowledge ability test and emotional attitude questionnaire,through the analysis of test results and the results of the survey,preliminary conclusion “mathematics activity” teaching effect problem and internal reasons.On this basis,the case analysis in grade eight and nine,and then the problems and external causes of the teaching effect of the column of “mathematics activity”are obtained.Finally,some teaching suggestions are put forward.Based on the above two studies,the following conclusion are draws:1.The teaching of “mathematics activity” column has achieved certain results,but the teaching effect is not high.2.From “Mathematics Activity” column teaching effect inspection dimension ability performance,There are significant differences in the development of students' mathematics operation ability between grades and classes.3.From “Mathematics Activity” column teaching effect inspection dimension emotion performance,There are significant difference in the development of students' mathematical emotional attitude between grades and classes.4.In the dimension of physical operation,the students' operation is not standard and the process operation essentials are not correct;in the dimension of image operation,the students' concept image model and theorem nature memory are not clear;in the dimension of symbol operation,the students' symbol operation is confused,you don't have a good grasp of the basics.The students have low experience in the learning process of “mathematical activities”,have low interest in inquiry learning,and have certain inertia in learning.5.The external factor that affects the teaching effect of “mathematics activity” column is mainly the teaching method.The teaching of “mathematics activity” column by direct explanation is not conducive to the development of students' mathematics operation ability and the improvement of their emotional operation experience.In the teaching of “mathematics activity” under group discussion and inquiry method,students' intuitive operation ability,representational operation ability and emotional attitude all have certain development,but their symbolic operation ability has not been well development.The suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows: reasonably set up the content of “mathematics activity” column to meet the development needs of students' ability between grades;According to the class difference and study situation analysis,adopt the appropriate teaching method;Pay attention to the teaching of basis knowledge and cultivate students' ability to solve problems with the knowledge they have learned;Pay attention to students' learning experience and improve their recognition level of emotional attitude.
