Research On The Countermeasures To The Problems In The Project Operation Of Social Work Service Center

In recent years,the government has invested funds to attract professional forces of social organizations to provide services to the public by means of purchasing projects,the current project-based operation mode has become the trend of most social work institutions.This paper has a very important theoretical and practical value to solve the practical problems faced by the project-based operation of social work institutions.This paper chooses a representative project of Suzhou X social work service center as the research object,collecting data by literature research,participatory observation and interview,through the empirical analysis of the four stages of project operation,such as the lack of demand analysis,the low specialization of project design,the difficulty of cooperation between related parties in project implementation and large amount of work and little effect in project evaluation,etc..Through the research,this paper believes that to solve the problem of the project-based operation of social work service center,we need: the government to give policy support and optimize the project system;the service partners to clear their own positioning and maintain the cooperative relationship;the social work service center to enhance self capacity building;social workers to enhance the professionalism;the third-party evaluation institutions to establish a scientific and professional evaluation system.Project operation of social work institutions can effectively improve the efficiency of government services,realize the rational allocation of social resources and promote the localization and specialization of social work.This paper hopes to promote the private social work service institutions to better undertake government projects and promote their own sustainable development.
