An Analysis Of The Current Situation Of "Boundary Ball" Project Operation In Social Work Institutions

With the rapid development of social work in China,social work institutions,one of the mainstay of social work development,are also beginning to emerge more and more.From the original development of the spark to a prairie fire potential.Especially in recent years,as social work and its related fields are well-known,government departments have also made more investments in social work fields than ever before,and the industry access threshold is relatively low.Social work agencies have mushroomed into the public’s perspective,infiltrating all levels of society.In the pre-development stage of social work,but also in a relatively stable social environment,the excessive growth of social work institutions and the consequent problems with social work organizations have become increasingly prominent and can not be ignored.This article selects the G social work organization of Nanchang city of Jiangxi province and its central finance project to carry out a survey on the operation of the "border ball" type project of the social work organization.The survey mainly uses participant observation and case interview,consulting the literature of predecessors and combining with the author’s hands-on practice analysis to summarize the operation problem of "border ball" type project of social work organization and the reason of "playing the side ball" for the social work organization Carried on the refinement,analyzed and explored the basic principle of the action of "passing the ball".Social work organization "edge ball" type project operation problem is not only the problem of individual social institutions,but the current social work development in the ubiquitous problem.Although this article is based on a single case of the universal problem,it can be seen by dissecting a slice.From the individual can abstract the general meaning.There is a more or less the phenomenon of playing the "bounding ball" in the project operations of each single social work organization.There is a general meaning behind every single phenomenon,that is,there is a specific relationship between the government and social work agencies in the real society : The government is the limit and mutual exclusion between the parents and the government departments,fox Tiger Authority and so on.It is precisely because of these social facts and potential relationships that individual single social work agencies play more or less the "edge ball" in their project operations.These seemingly innocuous "rubbing the ball" is like ants who break the embankment.Failure to pay attention to them will definitely have an adverse impact on the development of social work.Looking at the issue from a development perspective,the "edge balling" project operation of social work organizations at the present time is nothing more than a very temporary stopgap measure for social work agencies in the face of special circumstances.
