Research On The Sound Development Of Social Work Institutions In Project Operation

In recent years,the government has constantly changed its own functions,relaxed access to social organizations and created a good external environment for the development of social organizations.The social organization,with its own advantages,undertook part of the responsibility of social management and social services,and gradually became an effective carrier to make up for government failure and market failure.The number is growing,which is highly concerned and strongly supported by the government.The government has also increasingly purchased services from social work services through projects,and the operation of the project has gradually become the main mode of operation of social work services.In the process of rapid development,social work service institutions also present more problems,and some even affect the sustainable development of institutions.Taking the F social work service organization in Nanjing as a typical case,this paper uses the method of field investigation and literature research to understand the basic situation of the F organization,the source of funds,the institution related system,the construction and management of human resources.Through the case analysis of the operation of the F organization project,it is found that the F organization can be used for reference in the operation.Experience,including maintaining a cooperative relationship with the government;full exchange and cooperation between social organizations in order to share resources;the comprehensive capacity of the institutional leaders,the effective management of institutions,and so on.There are also many problems in the operation process of F,including the single source of funds,the tendency of administration in the process of operation,the lack of professional talents,the weak support system of human resources,and the lack of standard management of the system and so on.On the basis of the above analysis,the author tries to explore the benign development of social work service institutions,and puts forward some suggestions from five aspects:the source of funds,the construction of human resources,the management of the system,the management of the project,and the improvement of the external relations.First of all,on the one hand,we should establish cooperative relations with the government.On the other hand,we should broaden the sources of funding for institutions,increase the intensity of social donations,and cooperate with enterprises.Secondly,the salary management system based on incentive is set up to improve the staffs development space and improve the employee's welfare.Third,improve the internal management system,intensify supervision and implement the third party evaluation mechanism.Fourth,pay attention to project management,standardize project procurement process and project management system,create high-quality projects and set up brand image of the organization.Fifth,integrate external resources,improve the relationship with the community,feedback social work results,and improve the social credibility of the organization.
